They performed a "water dunk" test to check for leaks, knowing they're supposed to use soap water to look for air bubbles. To start, they didn't know I spoke Spanish. One of the mechanics checking the tire with Orlando (owner) said he saw bubbles come from under his hand in Spanish and that the "guy" (me) was watching them. Orlando (owner) then turned around and told me in English that there's no bubbles with a straight face, assuming he didn't realize I understood his mechanic. When I replied to them in Spanish, they were stunned and tripping on their words knowing they just tried to lie to me about the leak in the tire. I understand times are tough, but that's bad business. Be careful going here.

Tire fixed $15.00 & a five O tip, and I saw a sign for BRAKES, so I got all four done this Saturday. Slammed my rotors deep with bolts so they're torn like an old YANNI LP and I'n my day, they cut them by and were reused. Na-na-na not in today's disposable society of people and products, so I'll hoop unhappily another $300.00 from my wallet - not their fault, not really mine either, stupid car didn't let out that classic metal on metal "sqqqqueeeeak" sound. I'm gonna buy four Michelin tires this coming week from my homey Orlando at A&A because he's always looking to do his best for me and endures my bad attitude and flippant remarks about God and man and the end of the world.

I went Sunday 1/26/2025 to get a plug in my tire because I had a nail. Fast fwd i took the same tire back to A separate tire shop 1/27/2025 and upon observation was immediately asked Who put the plug in the tire. One they inspected the tire they advised there were 2 plugs used previously and whoever put the plug in actually stripped the belt causing the tire to be flat and unrepairable !And the the leakage detection is actually coming from the plug. As a result I just had to buy a replacement tire . If you can not do simple plugs on a tire and at the same time lack the decency to inform the customer who paid you in full , when you ruined something You do NOT need to be in business. Unacceptable. I absolutely will be informing everyone I know in the Riverview/gibsonton/Apollo beach area to avoid this shop at all cost.

So they had to order a new one, but then charged me again for the installation and the disposal of the damaged tire they sold me initially. That's just horrible customer service, especially since we have gone to them several times. I understand that the manufacturer will only warranty the tire, but I shouldn't be charged again for the service. It's not my fault you sold me a damaged tire.
