However, once they really got into my car, the price more than doubled. I am not complaining one bit. Most places would've fixed the bare minimum, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe For my family to drive. They did an incredible job and just by fixing the brakes the ride is so much smoother. All their parts have a warranty. You will be getting a quality service and you will definitely get your moneys worth and peace of mind. Very refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and also looking out for your best interest. They took me in for service right away without batting an eye. I love places that are convenient and take walk-in customers like that (especially when you never know when you're going to run over a nail!). They have a basic waiting room w/ a television for relaxing while you wait. The mechanics were friendly and patched my tire quickly. My only issue was the price, since the patch was over $20.00. I thought this was a little high for a patch but this is more my personal opinion, not compared with the current market price for a tire patch. I would recommend Tire Town to a friend. Try it out!

Another time I would have squeak in the rear when it was wet. They went out and pushed on my car bumper and said I needed struts without looking. I disagreed. The parking brake cable went through an eye, and the outer covering of the cable wore off because of the bouncing.

Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.
