I bought a tire from here less than 30 days ago at a discount , and it has already gone flat twice. I was never informed that a tire warranty was available, and had I known about it, I would have purchased it because life happens sometimes. Instead of standing behind the product, I was told I would have to pay for a brand-new tire if they could not repair it and they charge me for the repair as well. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this shop. If it turns out the tire is defective, I expect the issue to be handled appropriately. Broke a stud off changing a tire and wanted me to pay for them to fix it. A decent garage would have put the two dollar stud in after the purchase of two tires. Especially since they also charged for two tire disposals, even after I pointed out that one of the rims they mounted was empty to start. read more

I do not recommend. I took my car there to have 4 struts installed. They had to replace some front end parts due to some rust. I approved it and the bill was around 1500 dollars in which I thought was fair. The car sat for about a month and when I started driving it, it sounded like a popcorn machine. I took it to back, to what I thought was another issue. I received a call back stating my strut bearings were bad and they could save me money by replacing the struts. I told him that they replaced them all.. He stated they didn't have it on record and gave the gentlemen permission to look in my glove box. He called me back stating he found it a d would warranty the work. I got the car back that evening and it was making the same noise before I got out of the parking lot. I called the next morning and asked if anyone drove the car and was told the manager did and it was not making noises. So I took it back. So I called a few days later. This guy has no info but told me to call back tomorrow. So I called back and was told immediately it was done. It was under warranty so there were no charges. My wife got into the car and one block up rt92, it started the noise again. No one drove my car. When we got home, the inner fender in the driver side was loose and rubbing the tire. I had to take a pair of scissors and remove it due to damage.. So I called the next morning asking to speak to the manager that was apparently gone. I asked the gentleman to have him call me. He said "I just put the note on his desk". I never got a return call. So, now, I'm done. Don't take your car here. I assume they do fine installing tires but they are extremely incompetent on any front end work. It's sad to have got to this point but no one ever drove this car to see what was wrong. I put in a work order to have tires and brakes done on a Wednesday early morning to have it done on the following Monday note made an appointment too have all this work done I drop the car off at at 8:30 on Monday morning for my appointment time was tell should be done no later thin 12 at the latest it's 3:17 I call and they said there wait on hard wear and brake pads to come in for the job I was tell the job would definitely be done in time they close in a few hrs to make things more upsetting the guy I was talk to on the phone was very unprofessional and giggling and joking with another employee while on the phone with me I hope this help someone else before they make the mistakes of having work done on there car here at this Location read more

I gave them 2 stars cause at least they got the tires on. They blasted one of my wheels so hard that a chunk of paint flew off and they lost a center cap. No big deal, stuff happens. But then they say they don't want to cover it because it wasnt done at a professional shop. Even though you can see the different layers of primer, base coat, top coat and clear, all done properly. After arguing with the person that picked up the phone for like 10 min he says just re buy it and ill give you the money back. And that is ridiculous I've spent so much time and money getting this right and now I'd have to wait 2 weeks to get paid and fix it for them to even give me my money back. They are nice, respectful and helpful for the most part but its not a good place to take custom stuff. I'm just going to spent the extra 80 bucks for the center cap and paint even after he checked the cameras and confirmed that i came in with all 4. This isn't a hey you worked on my wheels and my air con gave out situation, this is a yall worked on my wheels and messed them up, and now I have to jump thru all the hoops for yall to fix something thats their fault. Custom car drivers, just find another place. Edit/update 1/2/2021 So the day I got the wheels put on im driving home from work. And the rear wheels is making like a knocking sound when I stop or turn. I take a look at the rear passenger wheels, the same side that they messed up my wheel on, and the bolts were not tight. I had to re tighten them when I got home. Had I had drove I to Orlando like inwas going to that night o would have been up the creek with no paddle. One star. Don't trust them with anything other than regular steel wheels with the plastic hub caps, and even still cause they broke one of the plastic VW hub caps on my factory wheels. Ughhh....I made an appointment last week to get an oil change. The oil changed turned into a 2 hour oil change (this was with an appointment). While annoying....this isn't even why I'm writing this review. When they rotated my tires, they left the tires off for about 30 minutes until coming to find me to show me I needed break pads. Ok. Fine. I couldn't do them at the time and explained to them I was on my lunch break. I had already been there for 90 minutes. Took another 30 minutes to finish up. Well.....a few days later I noticed one of the lug nuts was not even all the way on. It was cross threaded and was put on with an impact wrench. My boyfriend who does most of my car maintenance had a hell of a time getting the lug nut off my car to change the brake pads, he couldn't even get it back on they messed it up so bad. So now I'm going to need the stud and the lug nut replaced. Not a good first impression for my first time. I wasn't impressed by them looking at every way to get money out of me and not even doing a good job on what I originally came in for. Plus they didn't even fill the fluids in my car ie wiper fluid. For a $70 oil change I expect more. read more

I've never been to such an unprofessional environment in my life. I had all the paperwork specific to price match a local tire store, and when I was asking about it, they didn't want to honor the price match, and the manager got so upset he started to yell at me and run around the store frantic . I was trying to go over the terms and conditions of the local price match and he wasn't having it. When I asked if he would talk it out, he refused and said he was on a conference call. He said he would talk to me in about an hour or two. Even tho my appt was 1pm, I tried to tell him that but he refused to listen and then went into his office slamming the door after yelling at me. Then I went outside to talk to my friend about the situation and when I got in my car to leave he came up to it acting like that didn't just happen. and said he would honor the price after he just yelled at me. He acted very unprofessional the entire time, and acted like a drug addict with mental problems. I would never have someone run a store acting like that. But thankfully, they honored the price. NO RATING! I bought 4 new tires on Friday, took hours. But on the FL turnpike Saturday (the next day) one of the new tires went FLAT. I dealt with a donut tire, put on by a road ranger, until I got to FT Pierce where I was told the valve stems and TPMS sensors had not been tightened properly on ANY of the tires and I was lucky only the one went flat! I had to buy a new tire to get home. Tire Kingdom refunded the $ for the tire I had to buy but they couldn't find a matching tire to replace the one I had bought in FT Pierce. They thought they had it, but after searching an 1-1/2 hours, they had to give up. They said it would be in the next day. Well the next day, they put a tire on that did not match, after telling me it was in. I am still trying to get my 4 tires to match!!! IDIOTS!! read more

He refused to work on my car because my oil drain plug was aftermarket despite showing him that the thread patterns matched exactly and the website I purchased it from. They took my car and wasted an hour of my time before changing their minds about working on it. ** THIS TIRE KINGDOM LEFT MY 86 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN THE DARK** Please read for the safety of you and your family before going to this tire kingdom. My family and I have gone to this tire kingdom for oil changes and tire maintenance for many years. Every time I drop my car off for a simple oil change, they call me and tell me something else is wrong with my car. This is something I've come to expect. I always tell them I want the oil change and nothing else. Last time, they called me and said my shocks were all leaking and needed to be replaced and my suspension was completely shot. I told them to only do the oil change. The man insisted that the car was not going to drive much longer with the suspension so worn and that it was a safety hazard to drive. I told him to do the oil change only. I then took the car to two other mechanics for a second and third opinion, both of which said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my shocks nor suspension. They confirmed that tire kingdom was full of it. I decided that day was the last day I was going to that tire kingdom. However, many of my family members still go there UNTIL TODAY- My 86 year old grandmother took her car there for tire maintenance as she's done for many years now. She dropped the car off around 2:30 and was quoted an hour so she waited. (She cannot drive at night) After an hour and a half they told her the brakes were completely shot and all needed to be replaced and that it would take a couple hours. They promised she would be home with her car long before dark. They charged her over $300 for changing the brake pads. She was taking her car home when suddenly she heard loud clunking and had to pull over because they neglected to tighten the lug nuts and her tires almost fell off as she was going down 92. She called tire kingdom and waited for the guy to come meet her. He didn't show up until after dark. She told him that she wasn't able to drive home because it was dark now and that she needed help. He tightened the lug nuts and told her he would go speak with his boss and be back shortly to help her get home. She waited on the side of the road in the dark STRANDED for almost an hour. He never returned and never called. Thank God my mother was able to come pick her up but they had to leave her car and won't be able to get it until tomorrow. When my mother came, my grandmother was SHAKING SHE WAS SO SCARED. Tire kingdom does NOT take care of their customers. They will NOT take accountability for their major mistake that could've seriously gotten my grandmother and other drivers on the road HURT OR WORSE. I haven't found another tire place yet but I'd bet anything is better than how tire kingdom treats their customers! For oil changes, go to Take 5 on Havendale. They're dependable, convenient, and not too bad on price. And more importantly, they do everything right because you're watching them from your car! Thanks for reading. read more

Had no clue who to call but they open at 7am and had great reviews so why not....,Called today at 7AM in a panic and was told to come on in. I was very specific about what I needed done and that's exactly what I got. No pressure no added costs. Everyone (3 different people) I dealt with at this location was amazing. They even gave me a ride to work so I wouldn't have to call an uber. Thank you for being the absolute best. This place was horrible. I had 4 tires installed and balanced. They had a new guy doing the work and nobody was even watching him. When they finished and I drove over 50mph, my truck would shake. So i took it back the next day for them to look at and they found that the tires were not balanced correctly. They also say that it's because my struts are leaking oil and it will cost me $1400 to replace them. Keep in mind that my truck is a 2014 and never had a problem before they installed these tires. I didn't let them do the struts and after they finished the tires I left and the truck still shook. I went to winter haven dodge and they balanced the tires for me. Now my truck rides fine. I've had two distinctly different experiences at this location, but the last one left such a bad feeling, I can no longer do business at this store in Auburndale. The first, I went in to have a tire inspected, after having it installed and balanced at another TK location. The weight had not been installed properly and came loose making a clicking noise. They rebalanced the tire at no charge, since it was done at another TK store. Nice guy working the front, the mgr. was not at the store on this day. The 2nd experience, I came in, as the tire developed a belt separation, making a large bubble in the tread, making driving very shaky and dangerous. I called ahead, the mgr. of the store had printed out my paperwork from the computer. He came out to look at my tire. The first thing he said was, "this is not our tire", insinuating I was bringing in someone else's tire. Basically calling me a liar. I said, excuse me? He then went on to say, the dot numbers do not match with the paperwork. Well, this was the THIRD time one of these tires has had a belt separation and I've had to pay for new warranty's and pro-rated tires due to defective products. I'm not the one that puts the dot numbers into the computer system, that is YOUR company's job, what you get paid for. If you make mistakes and don't change the dot numbers, that's not my fault. But MOST of all,,,Do NOT Impune my Integrity and call me a LIAR,,VERY VERY POOR Customer NON-Service,,I gave the mgr. an opportunity to resolve and rectify the situation, I have not heard back from him. When I got there, the manager took care of me and got me right in the shop. I couldn't believe that they had my tires and alignment done in under 90 minutes. The shop was spotless, so was the waiting room and bathroom. The waiting room had comfy chairs, a big screen TV, and a Kcup machine too!!! read more

my wife found the tire she needed for her car on tire kingdom auburndale's website for $95. i told her that was a fair price and suggested she get the oil changed while she was there to buy the tire. when i checked the credit card the following morning i discovered the charges to be $241. no doubt tire kingdom would justify all the charges, but as far as i am concerned they took advantage of my wife's lack of automotive knowledge and we will never, never do business with tire kingdom of auburndale, fl. again. never. read more
