What a great experience!!!! ---…read more ** 5.0** I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review. Wholesale Tire and Automotive is the only shop I trust with my cars. Kenni, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure you're fully informed. Her mechanic Michael is incredibly sharp -- he diagnosed and fixed an issue on my daughter's BMW that a "name brand" shop had written off as unrepairable. It runs perfectly now. Based on that, I brought my Suburban in before a 6,000-mile road trip for my daughter's college move-in. Josiah and Kenni walked me through everything it needed, and the truck runs just like new. Fair prices, honest work, great people. Do yourself a favor and give them your business -- I won't take my cars anywhere else.

2010 Jetta 2.5L (Oil and Coolant leak, yes we know these cars have their issues)…read more I paid $1,300 for oil and coolant leak repairs. While they did fix the oil leak from the brake vacuum pump (with customer provided part), the rest of the experience was a disaster of poor diagnostics and unauthorized billing. * Unresolved Coolant Leak: Charged to replace the coolant flange, but the car leaked coolant immediately after picking it up. Basically felt like I had to figure the problem out before bringing it back in, and/or I wasn't believed that the issue was still happening. I called back a few days later after coolant level had dropped, was told it was air pockets. Refilled and waited another week. Lost another quart+ of coolant. We park it in the dirt so I placed a tray under the vehicle and caught quite a bit of coolant with an observed active drip a day after the car had been resting (this was all communicated to Kenni with a picture). At this point she said I could bring it in, as I felt like the diagnostic was being pushed onto me to not waste their mechanics time. * Unauthorized Shifter Cable: Replaced a shifter cable during the leak repair completely without my consent or prior authorization. * Defective Recheck & Dismissive Attitude: When I brought the car back, they drove it hot instead of letting it sit cold to locate the drip, then claimed they couldn't find anything. Rather than taking responsibility, they acted like it was my fault for owning the car and made it clear they didn't want to invest any more shop hours into actually solving the problem. * Surprise Diagnostic Fee: Ran a $60 chemical block test without my permission, billed me for it, and still couldn't identify the leak. The owner is personable and gives off a "family-like, straight shooter" vibe at the counter, but that friendly helpful demeanor vanished once things got complicated and time consuming for the shop. The right thing to do would be to offer some kind of refund, but since that was not offered by default for not resolving the issue, I am going to assume this happens more often than not on certain repairs and is not worth my time to fight or challenge other than leaving a detailed review to warn others. Doing unauthorized work, shifting blame to the customer, and leaving a $1,300 bill with an active coolant leak makes it impossible to recommend this shop.

I had a great experience at America's Tire, and I especially want to recognize Charles for the…read moreoutstanding service he provided. I stopped by during peak hours to have an air check service on my Range Rover, and even though there was a long line, Charles completely changed the experience for the better. He was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. His attitude and customer service were so good that I honestly forgot about the wait. Employees like Charles are the reason customers come back. He represents the company exceptionally well and clearly understands how to make customers feel valued. I will definitely return to this location because of the experience he provided. I hope management sees this review and gives Charles the recognition he deserves. In my opinion, he is exactly the type of employee who should be considered for advancement or a leadership position. Thank you, Charles, for the excellent service!

I came in for a simple flat tire repair and have now been waiting for almost three hours. The most…read morefrustrating part is that the shop doesn't appear to be all that busy. Several service bays have been sitting empty for much of that time. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but there has been very little communication about the reason for the delay or any realistic estimate of when my vehicle will be serviced. Since the tire was actively leaking due to a puncture, I didn't have the luxury of planning ahead or rescheduling. I came in expecting a timely repair so I could get back on the road safely, which makes this nearly three-hour wait especially disappointing. A flat repair is typically a routine service, and a wait of this length with open bays is difficult to justify. Customer service is not just about the quality of the repair, but also about respecting customers' time and keeping them informed. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations. I hope management takes a serious look at its scheduling and customer service processes. During my wait, I spent some time reading through many of the online reviews and noticed that long wait times and poor communication are recurring complaints. Unfortunately, my experience only reinforced those concerns. The entire process felt more like waiting at the DMV than visiting a tire service center. Customers should not have to spend hours waiting for a routine flat repair, especially while service bays appear to be sitting largely empty. When so many reviews mention the same issues, it suggests a pattern rather than an isolated incident. I hope management addresses the underlying problems and makes meaningful improvements to the customer experience. Photo attached showing the mostly empty service bays during my wait.

I am extremely picky when it comes to trusting my vehicles to a business. That being said, I am…read morestoked on the new tires and alignment that this shop did on my truck. Picked it up and drove straight to work; sort of wished my drive was longer because the truck is even more fun to drive now! While the workmanship seems to be solid, a huge shoutout goes to Jacob! He is knowledgeable, and not to mention down to earth with great customer service. It's worth mentioning that as a woman, I appreciate that I wasn't treated like I didn't know anything about automotives, as I have walked away from plenty of shops who assume and treated me like that. I could tell Jacob knew his stuff, gave him an idea of what type of tire I was wanting, and left it up to him to select the best sizing to make the truck look and perform well. My dad has been a customer here for some time, and he returns to this shop because of Jacob always taking good care of him. In a world where humanity and good ethics seem to have dwindled, it's great to know there are good people out there who still want to do honest work. As long as Jacob is at this shop, y'all will have my business. Cheers!
