I got service done here one time and never again. employees don't know how to do an alignment no paperwork on the service that was provided. calling the store and speaking with the associate to obtain a copy of my original receipt and the dude name Peter has the nerve to asking for a $45 fee to get a copy of the receipt. Had a screw in my tire and needed it patched. Instead of Peter charging me money to fix it he asked, "...are you even losing air?..." I wasn't losing air so he suggested to take the screw out of the tire before he takes the tire off to properly diagnose the issue. Luckily, I wasn't losing air after he removed the screw. I came to get tire rotation and alignment and my car still was shaking on the road. When I came back the worker told me I had to get my tires balance. I got the tires balance and I got back on the highway the car still was shaking. The Toyota told me everything was done wrong at the tire hall . I had Toyota to fix the car probably and it stopped shaking. Spoke with the owner and told me that he would give me a new tire for my problems if I ever needed one .when I needed one The wife said they couldn't give me a new tire because the owner was not there to agree the owner is never there. This is a very bad company I will not waste my time you. They have old equipment and no experience. You can take my word for it or you can find out the hard way like I did. read more

I was there to support the black man and got had bad. Here's what happen. On March the 26, 2015: I went to the shop to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced for a 2001 Ford Sports Trek. I called and was quoted a price of $20 per tire mounting plus $10 to balance each tire. Also, I requested a 4 wheel alignment. When, Peter, who is the owner, ringed up. He said "That's $120 for mounting and balancing!" I trusted him and did not look at the receipt to see that he only put mounting ONLY. I was serviced and departed. I did notice a little shaking. The next day I was riding to Balt., Md. and the truck was shaking like a stripper. So, I took the truck to Tire Plus and for $53 I got the wheels balanced. I went back to Tire Hall to get a refund of $53 because the wheels was not balanced by Peter. On April 6, I told Peter what happen, but did not have my receipt nor the truck with me. He told me to come back and he would see what the problem maybe. He asked me what time would I be coming back. I told him around this time. On April 7, When I got to the shop. He's assistant told me that Peter just left and should be back in 15 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and then I left. On April 8, I returned and the same assistant told me that Peter should be back in 10 to 15 minutes and he had just pulled off 30 seconds ago. I waited 15 minutes and told his assistant that I would not be returning! DO NOT HELP THIS AFRICIAN THAT CHEATS HIS OWN KIND. read more

Complete joke. DO NOT let them touch your car. Do not be tempted by the low price on tires. They caused over $3000 damage to my car and I wasted 4 days trying to allow them to correct their mistakes. Unfortunately, the knowledge and skills of the team here are lacking. They do not know how to change a simple tire. Then, the owner/manager Peter decided to send my tire offsite to some chop shop welder saying he thinks he saw a crack in my rim. This is a forged rim from Mercedes which costs $1495 and there is no way there was a crack in it. This decision was made without authorization and I was not even made aware prior to them doing work on it. Now that the rim came back, it is completely detroyed. That along with the front end damage and broken fog light due to them jacking up a low riding car from the back end, and I will be seeing these guys in small claims court. Unauthorized work done to my vehicle and the owner is completely incompetent. I should have known better. Stay far away read more
