The gentleman were extremely polite and curious, wonderful conversationalist, and extremely considerate. They offered, of course to top off the fluids, the light checks, and they showed me my filter (pretty standard). What was above and beyond my expectations was offering to wash my windshield for me, wash the back up camera, and oil any squeaky hinges on the vehicle. They also did a battery test and showed me my current battery health, explaining what the results meant and approximately how much longer I had left on my battery. They also gave me estimate for cost to replace and what product was used. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and I cannot recommend them enough!

This helped tremendously because I work night shift about an hour and a half away, and couldn't make a quick trip into the area. Once I arrived, Tiffany took over and couldn't have been any more pleasant or easy to deal with, or get along with. She's very knowledgeable and made the entire purchasing process a breeze. I drove my truck to the dealer that day, and wasn't leaving town for a week. So she arranged for me to put a deposit on the vehicle that day, finish paperwork, and come back with a car transport trailer as I was leaving town. This took a lot of stress out of the situation and I don't think anything could've went easier. Will definitely be returning to see Tiffany in the future!

Said they were leaking and he could repair them for around $1000. She declined and told him no, that she would have her husband take care of it. After she left she drove approximately 15 miles and noticed the abs light wouldn't go away on her dashboard. I called PRO-TECH for her and asked them if perhaps they disconnected a wire or something while doing the oil change they said no, shouldn't have needed to do that. Recommended to bring vehicle back in the morning. After finding a CARite dealership nearby from which she bought the truck in Florida she decided to take it there the next morning for a second opinion as it was under warranty. They then inspected the vehicle and said the calipers were loose and rattling probably causing the abs light issue so they then tightened them back up. The vehicle had just had the brakes checked and repaired just two months earlier before coming to MI at a CARite dealership in Florida. They also inspected the struts and said they should be fine to drive back to Florida and didn't require replacement! The following day after driving approximately another 80 miles something came loose and was dragging under the vehicle causing her to pull off to the side of the state highway. Looking under the vehicle she found a bracket of some sort hanging down and dragging the road. She then contacted her dealer again and had to have the vehicle towed to them for repairs again. They said the bracket would have had to be removed to do the oil filter replacement and must not have been properly fastened back after the filter replacement. They then generously replaced the missing fasteners and did not charge her for anything. Thank you CARite! Shame on you PRO-TECH!! It appears there are still bandits lurking around trying to make a dis-Honest living!
