The owner has been a Godsend for me and my family by fixing my car issues due to some idiot stealing my rims a few months ago. I actually got even nicer rims out of the whole thing and he came to my house to put them on. My car started messing up this past weekend and shaking like crazy and he fixed the issue quickly. It was something to do with the wheel bearing. Had I kept driving my car a bit longer, my wheels would have popped off and my life and my babies' lives would have been in danger. They found another hole which they fixed, no charge. A week later I returned to have the tires rotated. They looked at my front tires and told me they were in bad shape and highly recommended to replace them. We decided to replace all four tires with used ones that were in great condition. The service was fast and excellent,…read morebut unfortunately the installers had used an impact wrench to lower and raise my spare tire carrier. This had caused the cable to become disconnected from the internal assembly, rendering it inoperable. I offered to leave the truck there to have this fixed, but they had told me there was nothing they could do but to tape the assembly to the frame and that they were not accountable for the damage.?!?! The carrier worked fine before the impact gun was used and failed while they were doing it. The owner from next door (Super "D" Mobile Automotive) was able to translate for me and concurred that the impact wrench was the cause of the damage. I've contacted the main office / owner and have yet to get any response from them. A simple $40 tire replacement at the expense of over $150 of collateral damage. THANKS MEJJ TIRE FOR THE DAMAGE!!!
