destroyed three out of four of my brand new custom wheels then said they would make it right by having them "repaired" and whoever they repair a terrible job. You can see it from a mile away. read more

On a cross country trip and got a flat tire on the highway. Managed to find this place and so glad we did! Devin immediately came out, assessed the damage and got it all fixed. He knew we were in the middle of a trip and was so efficient getting a new tire on. Entire experience took less than 40 minutes from realizing we had a flat to getting back on the road. If you have to get a flat this is the place to do it! read more

complete new crew here they only had one tech in the back and a ton of appointment, they even showed. they still accepted my request to get 4 tires installed. I watched the one person in the back who I found out name is Richard get my tires done in about 15 minutes. the tiny manager Katrina also helped I was very impressed with the customer service and speed these two where able to take care of me. highly recommend checking them out if you haven't been here since the change. read more

Both service guys were incredibly rude. I received a new set of tires from them. Less than a year later, 2 out of 4 tires go flat one morning. I have it towed to this place since this is where I bought the tires and they said free repairs. They refill the tires and say no issue with the tires. 2 days later, I have 2 flat tires again. I bring it back. They have the nerve to say someone is letting air out of my tires...in my locked garage overnight. "There's nothing they can do." Never have I been gaslit so much from customer service. Do not go here! read more

Felt like I was being taken advantage of. How does every lip nut go bad at one time. Very rude person at the counter. Avoid at all costs. Better places in the area. read more

In the past, I had experienced some of the same problems that other reviewers have mentioned, but things have really changed under the new management. Now the service is excellent. I would definitely go back. read more

Overcharging on tires, especially if you have a flat they try taking advantage of you & try to sell me additional tires I didn't need.

Absolutely amazing! I went to tire choice in Harvester, Missouri for a concern that my vehicle was vibrating at higher speeds and the steering was loose. I went in and asked for a wheel balance and alignment and Tyler said he would get it done no problem. Bout 30 mins later they call me and said my inner tie rod was bad, causing vibration and the loose steering. I was a little skeptical about it but it did make sense. I approved the repairs and they were super honest and quick! I was worried that it wouldn't get done same day as I needed to drive back home the next day. Got everything done I needed/wanted done and car is good to go again! Super happy with their performance! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me! read more

I will never come here again, or refer any of my friends. I went into Autotire with squeaky brakes hoping to get new break pads. After they looked at my car, the manager came out into the waiting room and told me that I needed an entire new brake system (brake pads, Rotors, and calipers) on all four sets. They quoted me at over $900 in repairs. I then went to a family friend mechanic for a second opinion and he said that I only needed brake pads... Which is much less expensive. He also said that the other parts of the brake system looked practically brand new. I am beyond pissed that the manager of the store blatantly lied to my face. I will NEVER go here again. read more

Not impressed! The service has taken over two days and is still not complete. They have more excuses than any place I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for any service. read more

My son took his car to Tire Choice in Harvester Missouri for a leaky tire. He ended up with a bill for $900 . They took advantage of a young hard working young man. They told him he had to buy a new tire and that was going to be around $200. Then they called and told him he needed new pad and rotors. Of course, they gave him the premium pads. As far as I knew he had no brake problems. My son did approve for the work to be done so that is a lesson for him but these people completely ripped him off. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you! read more

I love me some Autotire. Between this location near my house and the one on Harvester Rd. by my parents' house, I've received great service both in communication with me and the way my car works, sounds and feels after I leave. They are not just about tires, either! They have some of the best prices around for normal maintenance services such as tire rotations, brake checks and oil changes. I also love that they have multiple locations but are still all local! The only reason I docked a star is because the Autotire on Droste isn't a glamorous experience being quite small and a bit dirty - as most auto service stations are though, I do understand! The cleanliness could have been helped a bit more than it was, but they compensated very well with their great service and availability of the latest Fast Company in their waiting area! read more

Unfortunately their main goal Is to get as much money out of you as possible. I live local and have gone there a number of times because it is close. They don't realize that that don't have to gouge you every time they get the chance. read more

I had purchased 4 brand new from tires from tirerack and needed them installed. On Saturday October 12th around noon I brought my car to autotire and talked to the manager Darryl. He said they had no appts for Saturday, and that the earliest I could get in would be Monday October 14th at 900am. I agreed to that appointment and he took my information; however, Darryl apparently didnt book the appointment in the computer correctly or at all. So, I take off work and bring my car in at 8:30 am Monday October 14th. I announce that I was here for my 9 am apointment to Darryl who again was present when I arrived. He takes my keys and says ok we will call you when it's done. No mention to the issue that there was no appointment for me because he neglected to book my appointment I assumed all was good and that my car would be finished in a few hours. 3 hours go by and I call regarding the status, and Darryl says it's not ready. He said they were slammed and short staffed and that it will be done soon. Still no mention that I still didnt have an appointment. He should have gotten my car in or at least moved up in the Queue. 4 more hours go by and I call around 430 and they say no sorry still not done. Ashley the evening manager now states that I never made an appointment and they were trying to fit me in because I had no appointment. I explain my situation and how Darryl made the appointment for 9am on saturday morning and Ashley says sorry there isnt any appointment and Darryl is gone. How can this be!? Darryl screwed up and didn't bother the fix the issue before he left. So here I am 9 hours later now sitting in the waiting room bc I didn't want to ride my bike 3 miles back up in the dark whenever it is they finish my car I will never ever come back to this shithole! I'm am appalled by the unprofessional and lack of concern from Darryl. I guess people need tires so they unfortunately have to put up with this bullshit, but there are plenty of other tire stores who would love to have my business. Never again a customer. read more

The Tire Choice store on Harvester in St. Charles has a sign out front that says "oil change, come on in, no wait". I knew that usually wasn't true, so I called and made an appointment for 11/7 at 11am and explained to the person on the phone that I needed to wait for the car because I didn't have a ride home. So I went in on 11/7 for the oil change and was told that it would be done at by 6 PM that day or the next day. I proceeded to tell the technician that I made the appointment for 11 and then I needed to wait for it. They said they didn't have anybody there but I could bring it in the next day and leave it. Again I told him I had to wait for the car either way. So I left and called back in after remembering what the sign said and what that meant. I was told that they were told to put that sign up by their corporate office. The guy proceeded to tell me that they didn't have anyone in to do the oil change until 12 PM. But knowing that I was upset he told me I could bring it in and they could get it done within the hour. I told him that didn't make sense because it was before 12 PM and I was already told it couldn't be done so how are they going to do it now. I said no, I was done using them whether or not corporate told them to put that sign up or not, that is false advertising. read more

I bought a set of Michelin Tires for my truck. Excellent tires although pricy I thought, over $1000 for the set. Didn't mind the price but the tires were supposed to come with free rotation for life of the tires. Now that the tires are on the truck Auto Tire is always too busy for the free tire rotation. I tried 3-4 times and gave up. I got my oil changed at another garage and paid for rotation. I will continue to do that. I was told to make an appointment one week out for tire rotation. They got me this time but never again. read more

incompetent, crooked, ripoff! I bought a used car, they failed my car on safety inspection (brakes). took the car to Firestone to get the work done and was told car should have passed easily... I guess they were looking to get paid for a brake Job. I had Firestone do the work. so it Passed! but although we had a 2 week old emissions test "pass" we needed the safety Inspection. We told Autotire just a safety Inspection! They did an unauthorized emissions test ( and of course charged me $24) and their equipment fails may car! More BS. My older emissions no longer Valid...after a couple days I had them retest it and it fails again? finally took the car to a friend who has a monitor, and he says it should pass. later that day it passes emissions at Conoco in St. Charles. if anybody takes their car to Autotire they'll regret it!! Oh and the manager was a rude jerk too! read more

Man, I just got took. But what are we as consumers to do. Went in to get oil change and tires rotated. Was told my tires where all bad bald. That I was a danger on the road. And for 1100 dollars and 150.00 for an wheel alignment. I would be good. Well I could not afford that so this guy played let's make a deal with me. He would sale me 3 kelly tires because that what he had in stock and I am to think that one of my so called bald tires just got better. And it would only cost me 650.00. I say I only have 500.00 bucks. Deal he said and off he went. So 2hr 15 minutes later I pay 588.77 and was told 3 more things was wrong with my car. SMH, And I was told that my 20 dollar deal saver for down loading Yelp was not real.. I just move to this area but I will gladly be going back to my south Co Auto tire just to see if the oil was even chang. Now I can't get customer service to return my phone call. Call me Tresa 314-556-988 So it's been over three weeks no one has called me back about my issues this reply about been sorry I was up set and to call them at this 1800 number is a joke. No one ever picks up I tried many of times nothing, I reported this place to the BBB. It was that are stand out front with a big sign saying place fellow up with me. And it's to cold. read more

Got inspection needed tires. Estimate for new ones was almost $200 over the guy down the street. Needed a headlight. Estimate was $70 over cost to do it down the street. Reinspection took one hour just to get a mechanic to look at it. If you've got lots of time and money to waste - this might be the place for you. read more

We've always gotten tires here. My husband did tired and had them check a rattle. Estimate of $1200. Entire exhaust plus catalytic converter. Went to the place where we usually go for repairs. Catalytic converter is fine. $66 to wild a piece in place. Went to inform them of this discrepancy. They didn't care that they were trying to get over $1100 out of us that was unnecessary. Unacceptable. read more

Extraordinary service! James took care of my tire quickly without a hassle. Will come back.

They improperly installed my Pirelli tires. They wouldn't take the ten minutes it takes to remap my tires sensors after they changed the positions of my wheels. This means if I get a low pressure warning it will be for the wrong wheel. Even worse is they wouldn't even fix it when I called them about it unless I paid for it and he hung up on me. I just looked up how to sit on YouTube and I'm surprised they didn't do it right. I'll take my business elsewhere going forward. Don't waste your hard earned cash. read more

Do not go to this Auto Tire, the employees behind the desk are dishonest. They out and out lie about work that 'needs' to be done in addition to what you have your vehicle in there for. This has happened to both me and my husband. I saw it happening to other customers as they waited in the waiting area. I was told my breaks were bad, suspecting they were not, took the vehicle to a place recommended by a friend, and the brakes are good & not even close to needing repair. This is just one example I could give you. read more

Wish I read the reviews first. I made an appointment last Thursday to have tires I purchased on the internet and delivered to them (they were one off the choices for service on tire supplier). I got there Monday at 8 am and it was a go. At 9am I asked when they thought it would be done and he stated no tech to do it. I told him Darryl (manager) I had an appointment. He proceeded to tell me I did not have an appointment. He began arguing with me and I said please just help me load the tires in my truck and I could go somewhere else. He then does not say anything goes outside sets my tires in front of shop and closes the door. No help loading no sorry no anything. I then went in to ask his name and number for corporate and he began arguing with me again. Other customers just standing watching. Now having tires installed by another company not associated with supplier and costing me twice as much for install. Stay away from this place. Anyone who treats customers like this does not belong in business. To many other place to choose from to do business with a company that apparently repeatedly mishandles customer service. read more

Unless you want to experience rude and ignorant Mechanics, have to go back twice to have them diagnose a problem you already pretty much told them you had a feeling was the problem, and then treat you (the paying Customer) like YOU are an idiot, go somewhere else. The Head Mechanic was completely childish and treated me like a "typical woman" - tried to send me home without even telling me what they found, and nearly refusing to give me an accurate estimate - and then made faces when he was on the phone with my Husband as though he had better things to do. This, after we'd already handed them $70 to top off my oil and send me home earlier with a different diagnostic report. I have spend all day there, now, and am calling the company headquarters to complain. If he'd been honest and said he knows nothing about Land Rovers the first time, or simply been polite and taken responsibility for causing me to have to go back a second time (after waiting over an hour the first time), I wouldn't be so angry. Topping it all off with his rudeness was just the icing on the cake. read more
