He came out to my son's location and diagnosed the issue immediately -- the starter was bad. What really impressed us was his integrity and willingness to help. When the replacement starter we received from the vendor turned out to be defective, he didn't hesitate to go pick up another one and come back out and put the new one in. He truly cared about getting my son back on the road safely. Reliable, honest, and responsive service. I highly recommend Boss24hr Tire and Roadside to anyone needing dependable roadside assistance.

A few weeks ago, my husband accidentally sent him $690 through Zelle without realizing it. Once he noticed the mistake, he contacted him and politely asked for the money to be returned, but he refused. He constantly ignores phone calls or pretends he cannot hear him. On top of that, his service is poor and he is very rude. I would never recommend someone who keeps money that does not belong to them. By the way stop removing our reviews 0/10

I stopped in the get my tires changed and the price was astonishingly low compared to other shops. It was like 1/2 the price compared to other quotes. Also I was so impressed with their low prices and service that I asked if they could do my brakes too. They scheduled me for early the next morning. I am so appreciative that they could accommodate me so quickly. I came first thing the next morning and I was surprised that my $150 quote INCLUDED the price of ordering me new brakes. I thought that would be just the cost of labor. Anyway this is the best little shop for cars and tires. Go here.

took my tires here and it was an absolute nightmare. I had two different people tell me their tech…read morewould deny the service if it would incur damage. And i preferred that. One person told me over the phone and another person said it when i asked again at the counter. i asked a third time when handing the keys over and they laughed. i left with all 4 scraped on the outer lip, deep knicks in three out of four tires, about a hundred small deep scratches total from them trying to remove a wheel weight with what looks like a flathead, and marks from their impact drill when they removed the lugnuts. Extremely lazy job. It seemed almost intentional since there is scratches almost 4 1/2 inches away from where the weight was. Total i asked about 5 times before handing my keys over. I went above and beyond to avoid all this. After nearly a two month back n forth, in which there was a time where i had to call three days in a row and each time they said theyd call me back, we came to a conclusion. I voiced my concerns very frequently to them about the long term durability, time spent doing all this nonsense, and the most important part.... the finish and color matching OEM quality. they decided they will repair instead of replace my rims. i asked what theyd do if something went wrong or if the paint/ finish didnt match and they said they would "repair it and be done with it." i would avoid this place at all costs they are a headache to deal with. Very poor communication i would go days without hearing back having to call each time and still not hearing back from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Even if u do your best to avoid damage, it doesn't matter!
