terrible customer service, takes way to long for anything, and i see drug deals going on with the manager almost every time I'm there and the general manager is aware of it and lets it happen. I'll never be a returning customer after knowing that read more

The Tire Barn location on E Washington St in Indianapolis has been my family's go-to tire store for years. My husband's trucks require frequent tire changes so he is there often. Someone in our neighborhood kept leaving handfuls of shiny, new nails in our driveway and I had to have my old tires patched multiple times. My new tires have yet to be punctured, I think that's because my husband installed a new surveillance camera that covers our driveway. The staff is courteous and we never have a long wait. They most always have the needed supplies on hand. There are 3 or 4 other tire stores within blocks of Tire Barn, one of them is brand spanking new, but we continue to return to this store that has served us well for more than 20 years. read more

We bought a "brand-new" set of tires on July 24, 2026. We left for vacation that day. We immediately noticed a shaking in the truck when we hit 60 mph. We knew that the tires were not balanced correctly. We tried to have the tires balanced on vacation at a local tire shop, they stated they could not balance the tires. Three days later when we returned home, we took them to another tire shop to have them road forced balanced. They informed us that it cannot be balanced due to a manufactured defect. When I took them back to Tire Barn Warehouse, they told me I had to call the 1-800 number and file a complaint. They wouldn't even look at my tires. I called the number and gave them all of my information, and they are very slow at responding and when they did all they asked for was more information and told me to wait another couple of weeks. Since then, we have purchased tires from a more reputable dealer. We are still not resolved this situation, and they have still not gotten back to me. My case number is 551797. So, if anyone at https://www.monro.com reads this, please get back to me and help me get this refund. Anyone else that is looking for tires please AVOID this place, or any place operated by https://www.monro.com read more

I've had two flat tires changed here now (thanks Indy roads...), and don't plan to go anywhere else for tires. Sergio was so polite and helpful. Dustin got my tire changed quickly. Their prices are fair, and they provide excellent service. 10/10 read more

10/30/2023 I had lug nuts that were too tight to remove, so Tom Sullivan removed the lug nuts so i could install my wheel locks, the service was done quickly and I was out and finished within 10 minutes....that was indeed an excellent example of great customer service. read more

Came in to get a tire patched due to recommendations. I experienced the same issue as many other reviews. They were unable to repair my tire claiming the nail was too close to the tire wall and I would need a new tire. Needless to say I was on my way to a used tire shop but decided to try Tire Barn. Although they were unable to fix the tire the associate was kind enough to air up my tires so that I could make it to the used tire shop. They were also ready to quickly get me back on the road so it wasn't as horrible experience. My car is a back up car and rarely used so I seen no point in buying a new tire for $130. The used tire shop was able to patch the tire without me even asking. So I would not recommend this place for a quick fix but they do have affordable new tire prices and courtesy service, which might be helpful to those looking for a new tire. read more

This location is smaller and has limited array of services provided. I learned the hard way that they do not accept many coupons or online offers, but their bigger stores do. On the more positive side, I am very happy with the rapid installation of a whole new set of tires. I was impressed with all the options I was able to choose from including warranties. They were professional and allowed for a short wait which was very convenient. The waiting area is spread out to allow guests space during the pandemic. Guests and employees use masks, sanitation stations are throughout the building and for the most part health safety is considered. read more

I had a tire that was running low and would not stay inflated. I stopped in to see if they could fix it. They were able to quickly determine the problem and get me moving again. Everyone of the staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you guys for all that you do! You totally rock!! read more

Had a good first experience here. Had a suspected small leak in my tire and stopped in for help. They were able to take me right away and assisted with plugging the tire. Never felt pressured and wasn't upsold into something I didn't need. read more

I came in to get my tires rotated and one tire to be patched from a screw I found in it that was leaking. Down to earth people. But their service was horrific. I marked my tires before hand and none of them got rotated. Then for the tire to be patched... they refused to do it because my "rim was cracked." I immediately asked for evidence of a cracked rim and they refused to give any. I went across town to another tire barn and have them check out the tire. There were no cracks, and they repaired the tire. I had bought my tires from tire barn and got the warranty, and I guess these guys didn't want to do work that was covered under the warranty. Go to the greenwood location instead. Because they'll take care of you, unlike this location. read more

Literally the laziest people ever. Was told they couldn't patch my tire cause it's to close to the side wall. The screw is literally three inches away from the side wall and not even close. If you're gonna hire people maybe hire people that will actually work. Zero cars in at the time and would have literally taken 15 minutes to repair. My boss and I were just trying to avoid doing it ourselves but we will save the $30 and do it ourselves. read more

They have horrible customer service, they have yelled and berated a woman because they thought that she was trying to steal a tire. When in actuality, they were the ones who put an old rotting tire on her car as a "replacement". Then one of the mechanics tried to have their garage dog to attack her and as she was leaving a younger mechanic threw a traffic cone at her back window as she was driving away. Do not come here and waste your money because these people are not worth it. read more

This is the 3rd tire barn I've been to in a week. The first one had my car for two hours and did nothing because of a bent tie rod. No one called to let me know. I made an appointment at the 2nd one on 31 and when I went to drop the car off they couldn't work on it because their censor was broken. No phone call or anything. Today I went to the one on east Washington. I made an appointment, had the quote sent over from the first store, clarified the work that needed to be done. I dropped it at 11, left for two hours and came back to my car not even being moved. They had a hold up on the parts getting to the store. They said it would be another hour. I'm annoyed because I've tried 3 times. I'm annoyed because they don't call to update you. I'm annoyed that I made an appointment and told them what they needed and they weren't prepared. While the people are super nice (and that's what saving them right now), the service, promptness and communication sucks. I will not be back. read more

A little over a year ago I purchased a great set of Goodyear ties from this particular store on East Washington St in Indy, and we had a very harsh winter. Twice I hit some serious potholes, and even with my large 17" wheels, it caused 2 separate slow leaks to develop, (which might have wrecked a car with smaller wheels.) Each time I noticed leaks, I returned to Tire Barn and both times, the crew treated me with utmost respect, showed they were very knowledgeable about their products, and (even with no appointment), took my car into the shop as soon as a bay was open. This was no "rush job", as they made sure to inspect that they had found the true cause of the leaks, and checked for any other contributing factors. Once finished, I returned to the service desk, and both times, they told me there was NO CHARGE! This seems to be standard procedure for what they consider a "courtesy inspection", and I was just amazed they charge nothing for the time, nor the labor, resealing, etc. The Manager on this latest visit was Kevin Fox, the Tech was Mr M.Thomas, and the copy of my visit was done by Mr S.Ross....... I recommend this great store for anyone needing wheels or tires at great prices, and terrific follow-up service. (I am 70, retired, and NOT an employee of any kind of Tire Barn, lol) read more

At first seemed like they were pretty helpful, quickly realized the gentleman at the counter didn't know what he was doing or really cared to get it right. Blamed some snowstorm in New York for why my price couldn't be adjusted to what it should have been. I've been to a bunch of Tire Barns and actually have a business account with them that I use at the locations in my area however I was stuck using this location due to a tire issue while out of town. I would stay away from this location in the future. read more

The time had finally come when I needed to replace not one, but all four tires on my car. I put this expense off as long as possible, but finally gave in when the forecast showed that we weren't yet out of the snowy woods of winter. Previously, I had gotten my two front tires replaced at the Tire Barn in Castleton. Said tires were well worn down and cracking along the side wall with 25k miles left on the warranty. I was really hoping that I would be able to get some type of credit toward their replacement, so I chose to stay with Tire Barn. I called on Tuesday to set up my appointment for 4:30 on Thursday. When I arrived promptly at 4:15 on Thursday, I overheard the words "one hour, forty minute wait" being thrown around and was then told that my appointment had been made for 2:30. No, Tire Barn Employee, there's no way I made this appointment during my workday. Luckily, he accepted their mistake and got me in immediately, informing me that I should be in and out in about 45 minutes. I decided to sit in the lobby, but quickly changed my mind as blinding hot sunlight shines through that window something fierce in the afternoon. If I'd only brought a magnifying glass and craft supplies, I could have made some really neat wood burnings while I waited. After about 15 minutes, I decided to stroll across the parking lot to neighboring Big Lots to kill some time. I managed to arrive back at Tire Barn just as they were pulling my car into the parking lot! Perfect timing! I wait at the counter only to be told that I now had to wait for them to pull my vehicle onto the alignment rack. This took an additional 45 minutes from beginning to end. I was disappointed to learn that even though I had my previous Tire Barn paperwork, and even though I hadn't reached the 75k mile warranty on my last set of tires, no type of discount could be applied. Overall, the employees here are extremely friendly, and it's pretty obvious they don't hate their jobs - more than once I heard one of the guys singing at the top of his longs in the garage. However, they were completely packed the entire time I was there (they do good business), and unfortunately it looks like it doesn't matter if you make an appointment, as it might get lost and not save you any time at all. I would probably do business here again, but only if I prearranged for someone to pick me up and drop me off to save me from the boredom and noxious rubber fumes of the showroom. read more

I am from out of town and having tire trouble, I dropped my truck off at around 10:00 Needed three tires fixed.. They only fixed one tire, couldn't fix others, no one ever called to tell me I finally called at 2:30 and they told me it was as done as they could. When I arrived they felt bad for what they did so they didn't charge me.. read more

Not one willing person to help in a severe situation! I'm Moving and I ended catching a severe flat! Tire barn is the only place that's close enough for me to fill my tire with air and get to! I called to see I could come in! They told me it would be a 2.5 hour wait. So I was like dang I understand their busy but let me see if I could fine else where! So I called back when I couldn't trying to see if there was any kinda solution for me I asked if I could schedule an appointment for a certain time the man told me no he is only doing walk ins! I asked if I could come in at like that 2.5 hour mark he said no cause the wait time may be longer and then you may be sitting here for 3 hours. I'm just like damn you can't help me come with something that'll help! Discount tire is amazing though they've help me with a situation like this before! Just wish it wasn't closed today! read more

I wish I could give you 0 stars. I recently experienced very unsatisfactory visits to Tire Barn, 10103 East Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46229 managed by SERGIO ROSS. After 4 (four!) Visits to Tire Barn, I finally had to take my car to Ralph's Muffler Shop to have my wheel problem diagnosed correctly. At Tire Barn, I experienced poor customer service, poor management interaction, and poorly trained workers who put me and my car in danger because of their inept diagnosis. VERY POOR SHOP! read more

Took my car in to have tire pressure checked. Was told to park just outside middle bay. I questioned this because there was a car in that bay being repaired. Told again to park there, so I did. Went inside. Not 10 min later loud horn honking & I see two mechanics by my car. Went outside to check on situation & was yelled & cussed at by mechanic for parking there. He had moved car inside bay & nearly backed into my car! Told him I was told to park there & HE SAW ME PARK THERE! SAW ME GET OUT OF THE CAR. Basically, he was being negligent by not looking before he backed other car out & wanted to blame me. So I went inside to find man who told me to park there & mechanic followed me in, continuing to aggressively yell at me. Made my complaint & left because I felt afraid of mechainic. No damage to car thank goodness, but treated very aggressively & disrespectfully by totally negligent mechanic. Tried to contact corporate office, but all numbers listed are out of service. Neen going to this lication for over 20 years. Will never return & will never again recommend. read more

Fast, clean, courteous, reasonably priced. Only reason I deducted a star is because the parking lot has potholes you could easily lose your brand new tires in, or cause you to have to replace tires that were not previously in need of replacing. FIX THE CRATERS IN THE PARKING LOT. read more

I had a dented rim and went somewhere else to get it replaced (Circle City) since they said you apparently can't fix chrome. Next day, same wheel went flat, so I came to Tire Barn to get the tire fixed. They saw that there was another tire that was the wrong size and said I might as well replace both. So I did...next day, same wheel goes flat again. Come to find out, they switched two other tires and not the one that I needed replaced, so essentially I didn't get what I paid for originally. I know they didn't replace that tire because it had the same distinct "carving" in the side of it from something rubbing against it. So I came back and told them, and they acted like they didn't do anything wrong and said they can take a look at the tire to see if there's anything wrong with it. Why do you think I came here in the first place?! read more

Always always a positive experience at this Tire Barn. I had grown to distrust chain car repair shops for obvious reasons, but they are SO honest, friendly and fast here. Not enough good things to say about them! read more

When I put an appointment in on the web site to get an alignment, there was no price discussed any where online nor in the email that was sent to me. Two years ago I got my truck aligned for $40 and every time I brought a vehicle it's been $40. I took my truck in with same tires and rims as two years ago and they told me $99 dollars because of the oversized tires it takes a special thing. BULLSHIT! There is no way I am going to spend almost double what it normally cost! Tire barn has lost a 15 year customer. read more

Sat for 3 hours waiting for a tire to be patched (reasonable due to how busy they are). However 2 days later and tire they patched is reading super low. Call to complain about how the tire wasn't properly fixed and is under their warranty, and told they can't see me today to fix it. NEVER COMING BACK! Go somewhere else! read more

I went in to the location at 4404 Georgetown Rd, they had all new faces inside which surprised me because I had been going there for awhile. But the service I received was awesome, even though there was a 2-3 hour wait, the guy at the counter kept us laughing. The 2 guys working on the cars stayed busy to try and get us all out as soon as possible. Waiting over 2 hours for a tire plug would've normally upset me but the customer service made it a whole lot easier. read more
