This has been one of the greatest tire and wheel locations I have gone to. Not only is the owner Henry a very kind and respectful man. They all work together as a team to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. The cars they work on are extremely extravagant. The place looks very nice and neat inside and I can't complain on how good of a deal I received to get my 7.5 lift on my Chevy Silverado. It now looks so much better and I also got an alignment done. This place had some really nice rims but unfortunately I will not do business with shady employees. I call prior to my visit in regards to a specific pair of rims which the man over the phone gave me a price of $1700 with installation, and an installation wasn't a requirement with purchase just FYI. A few days later, I come into the store and ask to see all the rims available for my tire fitting and the man says "all of these are going to be $1900". I see the tires I previously called about, are in the selection of tires he stated were all $1900. Then I say, "well the man I spoke too said (specific wheel name) were going to be $1700 with an installation" so he goes back to his computer and he's like "yea they are $1700 with the install". I'm like " okay and so how much would just the rims be, without an install?" And he says "it's the same price" like I don't know the differences between parts and labor... read more

I lost a rim lock for my vehicle and they wanted to charge a $49 diagnostic fee and this fee is to see if they actually have a spare lock to sell me? I'm like a diagnostic fee? I don't need the vehicle serviced I just need a rim lock, and it's obvious that you can count the teeth on the lock to determine, what lock is needed. I would not recommend this place if you are needing a rim lock, there are other local tire businesses that will be more than happy to provide you a lock at cost without a diagnostic fee. I actually found a lock add a little small Mom and Pop tire place called Tireman of Highway 6 346-219-0154 and they have various locksets for tires without a diagnostic fee. read more

Dustin is great with wheel and tires...... HOWEVER the wrap side of this business is neglected . The first time my car was brought here to get wrapped it took a month to get back. Fast forward to this week I asked for a quote to get the front bumper, hood, door panel and front quarter panels done and they have had the car for 9 DAYS... 9 DAYS.. and the work was performed sub par. The hood arrived here peeling. Definitely not bringing my car back here for wrap work, and unfortunately the tire side of it will more than likely suffer as well. I don't mind paying for services but not when the quality of work is not there and especially when things aren't done in a timely manner AS PROMISED. 100k$ car in the hands of what I thought were professionals. read more

Unfortunately this place does not stand behind their work at all. I know that it is hard to get things perfect so have tried to give them numerous chances to resolve (numerous phone calls and emails). The issue still is not resolved after 3 months even though they promised they would fix it. In addition to not resolving an issue they said they would, the quality of their work is poor. We went in to get new wheels for my escalade because three of the stock wheels were damaged. The guy who helped us was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My invoice says Michael, I can't remember if that was his name though - anyway they were all great even though I know my $1000 was nothing compared to many of the other clients we have (like the guy in there with the Ferrari). He treated us just the same. Additionally, they had an employee Eric drive us down to a restaurant so we didn't have to wait there with our four kids during lunch time. Then they called and picked us up when they were finished. I would recommend them for any job, they also showed us pictures of some awesome wrapped cars they had! Went to this place because it looked like a professional establishment. They put new wheels on my BMW and I later found a shake in my steering wheel. They tried to balance my tires but they failed to take the shake out. They would not work with to make it right nor would they exchange my wheels. I was a little hesitant to bring my Mercedes S550C to these guys after reading some of the bad reviews, but after speaking with Henry on the phone I decided to go in. Their shop is on the 59N feeder road right off the Bellaire U-turn, tight parking in front. Once you go in, they have a huge selection of wheels. You should go in just to see what they are working on - a Lambo here, a Bentley there, it's a museum of awesome cars being wrapped, getting calipers painted, being fitted with custom wheels/tires. Several of the cars are straight from the Bentley dealership, brand new, so if the dealer trusts them maybe I can too. So I leave my S550 coupe with them for new wheels and tires plus brake calipers. I've already shopped the new tires/wheels package, Giovanna gloss black 22's. Henry beat the online price by a bunch, and the calipers came out absolutely perfect - red with black OEM Mercedes lettering. All this took literally 24 hours, and Henry even delivered my car to my office and then delivered my old wheels to my house! I was blown away by the look Henry achieved, the stance, fit, ride - all best ever, and I've been putting custom wheels on my rides for over 20 years. So ignore the bad reviews, these guys are pros, just ask for Henry - he'll do you right. read more

I have a Dodge Challenger with 22 inch custom wheels. Over the past 4 years I have damaged all 4 of them with curb rash with the low profile tires. I took my car to 4 recommended shops and was told they were not repairable. The damage was not that bad but since they were brushed aluminum no one wanted to try to repair them. So I stopped by Tire & Wheel Masters at the Southwest Freeway location in Houston, Texas. I met Dustin whom enthusiastically greeted me, listened to my story and immediately told me he thought they were indeed repairable. So he requested his tech to come inspect the car and all I got was good vibes and yes, it could be done. I dropped my car off, they repaired all 4 wheels and installed 4 new tires for me. Here is the best part, it was much less than I had been quoted by the shops that turned down my work. These guys truly are tire and wheel masters. I could not be happier with the attitude, service, follow through, and price. Here is another great thing! The price I was quoted a week before was exactly the price I paid when I picked up the car! I thought I had found a new place for my car, but after they got my money the customer service went down the drain. Had my rims less than six months and when one got damaged; they would not sell me the one off the show room, because they didn't want to break the set. I was still okay with them ordering one; however the manufacturer wouldn't have it in stock for over a month. In a situation like that you would think they would have tried to then accommodate me with the one on the show room, but "No" I'm supposed to wait over a month. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA HAVE TO SUE THEM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have a 2012 Lotus evora that I brought to them thinking well if they can handle a $300,000 car they can handle my $50,000 car...wrong... to tell you the whole story of my 2 month process with them would take a novel... so ill give it to you short... I paid $6,000 with them to get my car fully wrapped, wheels and tires changed, windows, tinted, headlights re-clear coated, and a crack on the back fixed... they told me it would take a week... i checked in on it during the week and it looked like it was going good, my car was sitting in the show room where they were working on it with the lights on... this part is important so stay tunned. a week later, hey man we still arent done... ok cool no prob, 2 days after that hey man still not done also your car wont start...me well whats the problem? them well we dont know we will see what we can do shouldnt be an issue.. me ok cool... i go and check in on the car again, not only will it not start still but the window tint wasnt added on yet... so they told me look dude the car is done now but we cant get it to start, i asked them since it was under their roof if they would get it towed to see what was up they said no... i said cool ill get it to a shop if it is something you guys did will yall cover it? i was told buy Gabe that yes they would... no problem... i take it to my shop to find out my ECU had been fried in my car by one of their employees most likely trying to jump start the car.... i told gabe and he said he would get with the owner to let them know... 2 weeks go buy still no answer and i have no car... finally i meet the owner and he was trying to tell me they need to check with their insurence which can take a bit... so i asked them if they could provide me with a rental... they would not...i had to bug the hell out of owner... which ended up only being the son of the owner to finally get with his insurence and write me a check for the $1700 it was gonna cost me... 1200 for the ecu and 500 for the rental i had to purchase... after finally getting answer close to 2 months he finally writes me a check for 1200 to give to the shop and will give me the rental check once i bring the reciept for the rental cost.. when i bring it to the shop who is fixing my car i get a call from gabe who tells me hey bring that check back the real owner is here and says he just wants to write you one big check cause they are going out of town.. and wont be able to get it to you for 3 more weeks... so me being stupid i ask for the check back bring it to tire wheel master,, gabe walks off with it and im waiting there for 30 minutes, finally i say hey gabe can i get that check i have to go... Gabe responds well the owner isnt here he had to leave... i said wait what yall just told me to bring it back so i could get the new one... well then just give me back that one so i can get my car out of the shop... I then realized gabe and them played me... the owner said they will not be responsible for this, so he had gabe call me and lie to me so they could get the check back... i had to make a scene in front of the whole shop to finally get the owner on the phone and schedule an appt with him... The next day i get to the shop at 11:00 in the morning to meet him.. I brought a lawyer with me and at first he wouldnt talk to me if i was gonna have my lawyer present... finally after trying to lie to my about my car not being jumpstarted... which with lotus you cant jump start them regularly like that or the send a spark to the ECU frying them.. he said they never had to and i told him yes you did,, gabe told me yall did... also yall had the car sitting with the lights on... check your cameras i was here when it was... he tried saying they just got the cameras in yesterday which i saw them while i was there... finally after back and forth and a huge 2 month battle i had to settle with the $1200 just to get my car out of the shop... they would not cover my rental.... mind you they also forgot to put all my badges back on the car... so a week with the car.. my driver side tint rips off.. and i call them to get it fixed and the badges back on the car like they were supposed to be... they made me schedule a 2 week out appointment for my car to get it fixed and made me be there as well on a work day for me... and would not except it in on a weekend... These guys are crooked and horrible people.... for your info GABE has NO say in what the company will cover... the owner said so... also his son is not the owner and will only treat you like sh!t... and finally the owner is ridiculous.... please avoid this place at all costs.... whenever everything was finished i felt a since of relief... but even still to this day... they crack certain things that they wont replace.. the wrap is pealing quick and i find seems everywhere where they could have done a better job... only thing they did right and is the rims. thats it read more
