I went in for a manicure... I think the tech's name was Ken? It was not a great experience. He was rough, messy (got paint on my arm, on my cuticles) and at the very end, noticed he missed a spot. Before I knew it a sharp pain shot up my thumb and he'd cut the part he missed off into the quick. I left bleeding. I wouldn't recommend this place. I would've thrown a fit, but I felt bad in doing so because the state board walked in for a surprise visit. read more

DO NOT GO HERE I originally rated as 3 stars before. But now I docked it to 1 start because of hygiene problem. They did not follow FDC's guidelines or sterilize the table after one service. The technicians often remove the mask for no reason and some smoke in front of the customers. I suggested the improvements, but they had the worst attitude. This is my first and last time coming to this location. I came here to get a pedicure. I did the deluxe for 45 dollars one. The young lady name Meme rushed and didn't take her time. I decided to get white polish and she didn't even have common sense to use the brush to clean her mistakes . I had to tell her to do so. THEN she left me sitting there. I had to ask other staff where to go to dry my toes. She later came back with a nasty attitude. Saying you can just go and be careful. They have very poor customer service skills. I called and canceled an appointment a while back due to something I had to reschedule for, but have called to reschedule a new appointment several times for lashes and the phone keeps going to voicemail and no one returns your calls. They have missed out on a lot of money, because I have called several times trying to book an appointment and no one answers. They have a cell phone as their business phone. They obviously have bad customer service and foolish business practices, because you don't block numbers out of offense, when someone could be a potential paying client for your business. read more

I've been going to this salon for a few years but I will not be going back. I've given them multiple opportunities, and most of the time I'm disappointed. On one occasion a nail tech kept filing my nails and using the drill even when I told him one was sensitive. Eventually another nail tech had to come and fix all of my nails because his work was so sloppy. The last time I went in, there were two male nail techs who were yelling across the room at each other and making inappropriate jokes that the entire salon could hear. I got a dip set and my nails began to chip 3 days later. Kim does a great job, and my manicure always lasts when she does my nails, but every tech's method should be uniform to ensure that the client's manicure lasts. The atmosphere is loud and unprofessional. I will not return to this salon. read more

As I am sitting in the nail salon right now at 5:52pm On August 17, 2019. This will be my last time coming to this salon for a pedicure!!! The man who did my toes used an electric drill on my toes which damaged my nails to the point that they are burning!!!! He then uses the foot scraper and cut the bottom of my foot!! After, he takes the nail clip without asking my permission if it's okay for him to cut my toe nails, my toe nails are still burning and now my nails are all slanted and uneven!!!! I am PISSED!! I will not be going back. The nail tech cut into my skin while filing my nails. He then drew blood with a deep cut while using the file bit on the drill. He tried to spray alcohol on it to stop it from bleeding which I stopped him from doing. He put some other solution on it which burned but stopped the bleeding. He was cautious after that which resulted in the dip manicure being thick and lumpy because he was afraid to file. Afterwards, he charged me $35 for the same dip my friend next to me was charged $30 for. He proceeded to ask if I wanted to add tip which I declined. I guess he figured I wouldn't tip after the blood and pain and padded the cost with an extra $5 for himself. read more

Last time I'll be coming here. I've had acrylic on my nails for five years now and have never been this disappointed. The girl used twice as much acrylic gel than necessary, so it dripped onto my skin and dried underneath my nails. One came out crooked and was not fixed after I asked, and some of them did not have symmetrical lengths. After an hour, another girl stepped in, who I graciously appreciate. She tried her best to scrape/peel off the unnecessary dried gel on my fingers and underneath nails and fix prior mistakes. After spending an hour and a half there, I told her to skip the nail polish and left. read more

Very nice, clean, and friendly staff. My pedicure was amazing and they would have gotten 5 stars if my fill-in was better. My nails weren't bad but I feel they could have been done neater. The wait time was good considering it was a Saturday. I dint wait at all and I only spent an hour in there for service. A little pricey but all in all, very nice place.
