Kids spa pedicure & manicure with nail art was perfect with Bella. She was kind, patient and made my princess legs, feet and nails feel amazing. My daughter is 8yrs old and they have the perfect kids spa chair. The chair is equipped with a tablet that is secured and will not drop into the water. They even supplied wireless headphones for her to use with the tablet. My daughter was extremely happy and I would definitely recommend to bring your child for a manicure/pedicure. read more

My friend recommended coming to this salon and I'm so glad she did. I had a manicure with Donna and pedicure with Yary. They both did an amazing job and would highly recommend them. Aside from my nails looking great, the salon is very clean. I will be returning read more

First time I had a full set done here by Donna, my nails were great. Donna was nice, she nailed the design I asked for, and my nails lasted me awhile without chipping. When I came back the second time for a fill in, I was seen about 50 minutes after my appointment time. I just sat there waiting, and nobody communicated I would be waiting that long nor were they remotely apologetic about it. A man did my nails and then passed me off to a younger girl to paint them. My nails were already messed up when I got home, mind you I get gel polish over acyclic nails, not even sure how that happened so soon. The next week or so, I had at least 4 nails break. I've been getting acyclic nails for years and I haven't experienced this. I went in to get them fixed, sat for 20 minutes waiting and decided to leave. Won't be back. They also have terribly uncomfortable chairs. read more

Always do a great job and very friendly! Been coming here for years! Very clean and well maintained!

Reasonably priced with good service. Came here for a mani/pedi before my gender reveal back in March and was able to be seen right away on a Saturday. I enjoyed the thoroughness of the pedicure and quality of the service, although someone who appeared to be the manager did need to offer some guidance to the nail tech. I did spend considerably longer here than intended because the dip powers were displayed in their containers vs as a finished product. Because of this, the white I chose ended up being more of a clear even after several coats. From my experience in most salons, there's usually a display showing what the powder should be expected to look like on the nail since the powder is often misleading. The issue was kindly resolved, and I did leave happy with the shade on my nails. Overall, a nice experience with a minor takeaway that could help prevent another dragged out afternoon. read more

Two weeks ago I went there with two of my girlfriends we had a good experience of the pedicure. So one week later I decided to go back for a manicure, and I specifically told them on a phone I wanted to have design on my nail so please assign me someone I can discuss my design in detail when I arrived in the salon I was assigned with a lady who couldn't really communicate with me which was a little bit frustrating. Then there was another lady came over promised that it will be $45 with a full set and I agreed. later during the session she tried to add $15 for gel that I was not aware of,not really a happy experience. The worst part was one week later two nails broke just horrific I hope they can do better next time. read more

I had the best experience at this location. My nails look great. Very nice workers. They do this hot oil thing that leaves your hands and feet super soft. This is included in the regular pedicure & gel manicure. I'm glad I found my new nail spot! read more

Out for a drive and decided my toes needed a treat. Was able to be a walk in but I highly recommend making an appointment as they are a busy salon. Went with the deluxe pedicure; hot stones, paraffin, hot towel massage ($40). Totally worth it. Wasn't rushed, tech (Roland) took his time and did it perfect! read more

Had to re-visit to pamper my dogs (feet). Very clean place with smoothing pastel colors, friendly staff. I was called to my chair with a warm soft changing color feet tub and a fully functional message chair. Nail technician came ready and willingly to perform her duties. Went from soaking my feet with smoothing aromatic smells to nail clipping, hot stone Message, hot wraps, hot wax O my was it great. Highly recommend and very affordable I must say. read more

I've recently moved into the area and found this tiny gem of a place! Not only are they flexible and called me back when they had a cancellation, the pedicures are probably the best I've ever had! The care and cleanliness exceed expectations! The entire staff is so sweet and nice! read more

I can't comment on the nail service, I work food and beverage so we aren't allowed to have any nail polish or acrylics (so sad for me) BUT I just got my eyebrows threaded (this is my first visit) Dee did amazing and she was so nice. We recently moved to the area so my fuzzy face caterpillars were in desperate need of grooming. I was thinking I would have to get them waxed, but they didn't have a waxer available today. They offered threading and I was so excited because I prefer threading. I have really sensitive skin and wax leaves me red and puffy for days. Threading only leaves me puffy for an hour or two. So glad I found someone to thread my eyebrows and will definitely be coming back. Thank you again Dee! read more

I just gotta say I absolutely love this place! They are so friendly and efficient. The services are amazing, I do the basic pedicure and all the extra stuff they do is awesome, and it's only $30! I had Bella as my nail tech and she is amazing. Very thorough and goes the extra mile when doing your nails! Also the facility is really clean and the massage chairs are the best! I'd highly recommend coming here. read more

The staff is really nice but don't come here unless you have multiple hours to spare. Aside from getting nicked a few times with the drill the service was good. They have a good selection of polish colors. I got a callus removal pedicure which had a lot of components to it and my feet were left very soft. I liked the wax they put on my feet. If you have time to spend in your to day to relax and get your nails done then this is a great nail salon. read more

Terrible pedicure. I paid for the gel polish and it peeled off in a day. other people have had the same issue. Pick another place to go if you need to get your nails done in Florida. read more

Not satisfied. First they don't have a big color variety especially in gel colors. Some of my nails are bumpy the filing is terrible the flowers were messy and smudged. There spots on my nails missing paint. First time there and the last time I will be as well. read more

Went back to tips and toes for a dip set, the first experience was wonderful with Kim the owner, HOWEVER after today I will not be returning. The staff person used the drummel on high speed and took my nails down so far they hurt, and caught my skin, then had me soak off the remaining dip and the solution burned . She then used a different sander and sanded more, when she finally finished the charge was $52 dollars-the price is $45- there was no special design no extra painting involved. Then she literally asked me "how much tip" I said no tip today- she then re-asked me how much tip. BAD FORM TIPS AND TOES, BAD FORM!!! read more

I called in and they told me they would be able to take me right away if I showed up within the few minutes that I called. I showed up and they had several people waiting to be taken. I know things happen and people walk in, but it seems like they blatantly lied about a wait to get me into the door. This is frustrating as I could have came in when there was availability instead of wasting time waiting to be taken care of. Facility seems clean, but I haven't even gotten my nails done yet and I'm already annoyed. They asked if it was ok if someone specific did my nails..I said yes and asked how much longer since the phone call was misleading. He asked me if I was busy because they were busy also hahahahaha- long story short, save your time read more

Walked in for a pedicure and was not greeted. Signed in and had a seat to wait. Was looked at multiple times by several workers but never asked if I had been helped or what I was waiting for. Finally was approached after about 15 min of waiting, informed it would be another 35 min. I decided to wait. A group of three came in after this interaction-only one had an appointment the rest were walk in. They were taken ahead of myself and two others waiting in the lobby area. After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting I got up and left. Was not acknowledged as I left. Wouldn't know if their mail services are good or not because their customer service is in the toilet. Will not be returning. read more

I went in to get a fill and gel polish change. I asked for the same shape which was a rounded almond shape, but left with a stiletto shape that was alot shorter than I asked. But not only that, I had showed her a very simple smile design and she laughed at me.... Like who would do that. She also drilled one of my nails so bad it burned and when I said ow she grabbed my hand and continued. When I was done she told me the total was $63, I felt like that was ALOT since when I go to my usual place it's $35 for a fill. I wasn't going to give her a tip but she kept insisting that I leave her a tip, I broke down and tipped her. I do not recommend going to Tips & Toes. read more

My family and I have been using tips and toes for a few years. My husband and I always would get a pedicure and my daughter and I would get our nails done. Since the opening back up from Covid things have been very iffy with the service and the quality that we have been receiving. Today I walked in for my 430 appointment was not greeted and finally was told that they will get to me when they can. Employees had left for the day and still no one has gotten to me for my appointment over 45 minutes later. They lost hundreds of dollars worth of business from my family. Too many other places that can take my business. read more

Just left HORRIBLE experience...... I needed my eyebrow wax , I asked Linh if she available she said no but the other girl was . I told her I would wait she said she was just as good . I am in tears she butchered my eyebrows when I told her to just "clean them up" I wouldn't be soooooo pissed if when I went to Linh she told me nothing was wrong Like i was CRAZY that I didn't know what my damn eyebrows looked like before. So I showed her a picture and instead of "owning it" and apologizing she kept on disrespecting me . read more
