There were many accommodations offered to help ease his fears, however, he just wasn't having it. Our stylist stuck it out & completed the entire haircut (although I have no idea how)! She was so calm throughout the entire process despite his thrashing around and meltdown of the century. Thank you to the whole team for reassuring me that his reaction was not uncommon. He was celebrated afterward with a sticker, sucker, balloon, first haircut certificate & even dippin dots (promotion they were offering for this month). My son's behavior was horrendous, however, I'd choose this business each and every time because of the experience provided just to be a kid! I can't imagine what she'd do to a woman's hair ‍ I sent Bree a text saying "This is not the look I was going for..." she replied that she'd fix it if she wasn't leaving town the next day and the next cut is on her. We lucked out and my daughter found a stylist thru a friend - the stylist was very reasonably priced and did a very nice job on my daughter's hair (very thick and very curly hair). My only complaint would be that the individual salon "rooms" don't have much sound buffering and we spent the entire hour there being forced to listen to the next door stylist complaining about her family life/step kids/money issues - she spoke very loudly and now I know all her business. The one who was busy with a customer STOPPED the customer and came to greet me and tell me how to check in. I checked in. I sat down. The sweeper stylist is still sweeping. After a little bit, a 2nd customer walks in and SUDDENLY Monique stops what she is doing to provide exceptional service. And even seat him first to cut him. So a 3rd stylist walks in, she was nice. But while she was cutting my hair, Monique is ALL in my booth asking questions. Girl, please don't tend to me now. When I was silent, and didn't respond suddenly, I'm the issue. No ma'am.
