Subsequently I received an accurate confirmation text with the time alotted for the services requested. Today at my appointment my stylist told me she didn't have the time to perform the services requested and tried to offer partial service. This was below sub-grade customer service. I have seen this stylist several times. My hair is not new to her. I booked the appointment, they confirmed they had all the time they needed, yet they didn't. I was shocked, exceedingly disappointed, surprised at their lack of an apology. The stylist tried to satisfy me with partial service, which was insulting, and so disrespectful. I now find them untrustworthy. They have lost my business due to this horrible experience. I have compared notes with other Sky Parlor customers and they are leaving the salon as well. I understand why.

I explained my hair situation to Abby, and she immediately made me feel heard and reassured.
