I did not say anything cause no matter what will happen, my primary landscaper will be liable . One of the projects that needed to be done is drip irrigation to the two flower beds that he made and to some flowers and trees that I planted . Initially he said to plant more before he covers the hose with gravel , so I did .I inspected the flower beds that he made and it fell apart ( flower beds are made of bricks from home Depot) I have contacted him and told him To make it sturdy and he was questioning me on how it happened and it should be good . Well , it is not good . To make story short , he did not install a drip irrigation to two of my flower beds and was informed by him that he does not do add ons . Alex does not answer text or call and if he does , it is maybe a good day knowing that your concern will be address . I have never been stress out working with someone like Alex Laredo . I searched his business at BBB after a fact ( I wished I checked BBB first ) and there were reviews almost similar to mine . well since he is only subcontractor I am thankful cause the primary landscaper picked up his slacks . So be careful . And there's an alert from BBB about Alex Laredos Landscape's LLC. I screenshots the picture from BBB today .

She was pleasant, arrived on time and after we explained our dilemma she quickly got to determining what rock we had, yes folks no rock is the same. We had lava rock which was in its place but through the years the gray river rock (I guarantee that's not the right type but it's all I know) was sparse and the popular black plastic to avoid weeds was showing it's face like a weed of it's own. She measured and calculated and the price was beyond fair (delivery and install woo hoo). Now the question...how *gulp* soon can you do it? 1 week folks! We were nervous about making time for their arrival but no fear they would deliver, install and we need not be present to win. The delivery date arrived and before I left work a friendly message from Marti "we are All done let us know what you think.". We arrived and no longer was our curb appeal an eye sore. The 2nd day I texted about it and he said he would leaving piles around the yard and would removed them at the end. The 3rd day he didn't get much taken care of and half of the work listed on the estimate was not completed. He did take 1 pile away out of the driveway. I refuse to pay another penny. $1800 should have gotten the yard cleaned up. That is what he quoted. Disappointing that I am cleaning up the piles myself when inpaod him that much. The clue should shve been after the 1st day he asked for daily payment.
