They sell really nice men`s fashion, equivalent in quality to some of the more expensive name brands, but at a lower price of course. I went in looking for a tuxedo. They had several styles to choose from, but none caught my fancy. However, I did buy an overcoat, a suit, and a sports jacket, so I didn`t come away empty handed. Although the store isn`t very large, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the quality of the product makes this a very attractive shopping location. Check it out!

I had to text her multiple times to finally get her to agree to meet. We settled on Sunday at 12. She then said she's running behind and would bring it to my house. Few hours passed and she asks if 7pm would work (some running behind that is). 7pm comes around and hasn't even asked for my address. She ignored all my calls then gave me some lies about her kid fighting sleep, babysitter bailing, blah blah blah. Tried to push it off to the next day and I knew it would be the same thing. My husband eventually just had to drive to her house to get it back. No apology, no thank you. This business is an absolute scam.

I'll admit the business is small and the given selection is modest, but Kevin has been a skilled craftsmen in his trade his whole life. Patience is a virtue, and having witnessed a few customers in the store while I shop needlessly creating difficulties for staff, it makes me feel that no-one who leaves 1 stars have ever worked retail. Kevin and his staff have only offered me respect and welcomed my business with warmth and understanding.

I needed a pretty complicated custom order for the entire wedding party and I checked out a few other places before finding Keltoi, and none of them made me feel very confident that they could help me out, but John was sooo helpful, and made me feel really comfortable about the kilts and a bunch of accessories that I needed badly that I couldn't find anywhere else! We've chatted with other customers who say the same thing -- it's not what it used to be. The store does carry a limited stock of "tall pants" -- getting harder and harder to find anywhere. I want to say that I normally have great service, but the blond lady with glasses let me into your shop the front as always, and then another customer (she may have known), where she also let him in. She decided instead of serving me, had to have a conversation with him and ignored me completely! She then took his order after the conversation, proceeded to check him out. The gentlemen that she was serving when she was giving him the total, even had the professionalism to say to her, " I believe this gentlemen was before me". I would of been good with some version of an apology even knowing she purposely served him first, as they were pretty friendly. No apology and a bit of an attitude, so I said no thanks. I am not sure if I would go back even though I can walk out my front door. She should be aware that I was buying all of my buddies a bag of gummies for Christmas, and really should of been a bit more professional. Thx for listening
