I spent over an hour and half waiting on the online chat before giving up. Finally reached someone via Instagram to be told to wait 10 business days for a refund AND place another order only to wait again when i had already done that and should have had my product.No solution provided for the current situation, and no compensation for wasting my time waiting on product i should have received in impeccable condition or for having to wait a full day for a resolution that was essentially not a resolution. Upon checking the app i saw they had same day delivery and asked why this was not presented as an option and was told if i wanted to pay extra for an uber drop off i could and i would get a coupon for a future purchase. So essentially my order was not delivered in the condition in which one would expect and then Dynamite as a corporation refused to reship the item or to comp $10 for what i would have to spend on same day delivery. Absolutely ridiculous to not deliver on a current order but to expect a customer to continue supporting their business with a "coupon" for a future regular priced order. I spent $90 bucks for pants and asking for $10 to expedite an order is asking to much? Do better. For the increase we've seen over the years in price there should be employees empowered to correct wrong situations for customer retention and business reputation. People, shop with online companies that happily correct wrongs. Rather than companies like this that don't understand you should receive what u ordered in acceptable condition and if you dont then its not the customers problem. Also maybe shipping $90 pants in a crappy plastic bag is not the best move going forward?

It's a loft-like space with lots of natural light and really well decorated. One thing that set it apart immediately, is it doesn't have that thrift store smell. They're true to their word that they're only selecting good quality items. Sure, some of the items are perhaps a bit plain, but you don't have to take too long to find a few things you'll like. It's certainly not the case of searching for a diamond in the rough. I imagine woman will like the place even more since about 80% of the floor space is for them. There were several shoppers there and they seemed to have no issue picking out great stuff too. Also, prices are GREAT! Anyone who's 'vintage' shopped in places like Kensington Market will know that things can still have relatively higher prices. My items were incredibly inexpensive, including a Banana Republic shirt which showed virtually no signs of wear for $10. I found out at the counter that this is actually a franchise as part of a fairly large chain (which I hadn't previously heard of). Regardless, they're a very unique and welcome edition to the city.

The store hasn't changed much over the year and neither have the style. It's mostly office casual with the occasional piece that says 'suitable for a lunch date'. Most days the store is clean with all pieces nicely displayed. There's no confusion on what you're looking at unless you're looking at the clearance section. That rack is usually a mess and a half with random sizing every where. That being said, you can easily find some good finds with items being at least 50% off. As for the quality, I would say it's decent... you wont find luxury materials or really nice tailoring. It has a super reasonable price point (sweaters start from $40 and can hit upwards to $55) and I wouldn't expect merino wool. Things do fit a little generously. I think most pieces benefit from layering. A tank here, a cardigan here, a belt, and a cute longer skirt to match. And there you have your basic office attire. As for service, I've found this more miss than hit... no rudeness but apathy may best describe most of the staff. They do acknowledge you as you walk in. For those people who are looking good basics, I feel RW&Co is a decent spot to establish your closets without burning through your first pay cheque. Especially if you're shopping during the sale time frame. Best to check at the end of the seasons and you may score some really good deals.

It's well worth it to stop in. Their regular prices are a bit much but they have a lot of deals if you're on their mailing list. They also do a 25% off on your birthday offer so be sure to sign up before your bday! In August/September they also do a deal for teachers purchasing clothes. Again it's somewhere in the 20-25% off range. They've started selling silver brand jeans and Kenneth Cole items in the store, so it may be the start of including more name brand pieces in their collections.
