It's tough operating a restaurant in a sparsely populated area. As a result, Smitty's has limited hours of operation. In lieu of daily specials, they do buffet only on Sundays. I'll have to take a star off because the service can be pretty poor. Yes, takeout orders also should receive good service, especially given the fact that I always tip. The amount of times I've been rushed out without any offering of plasticware, or sometimes even without offering me barbecue sauce, is frankly too high. In spite of the sometimes poor service, Smitty's is a very good restaurant that deserves community support.
