I had explained when ordering that I would speak with my girlfriend, find out when she would be returning from class to be home for a surprise delivery, and then relay this information back to the florists. The florist explains that this would be no issue at all. The price was fair and the pieces shown to me were all good looking bouquets, so at this point I am totally satisfied. This did not go as planned at all. I went to my girlfriends house and spoke with her, finding out she would be leaving for class in about 30 minutes and returning an hour later (again, discreetly in order to maintain the surprise). 30 minutes after leaving the shop, and just as my girlfriend is getting ready to leave for class, her phone begins to ring. It's the florist, asking for directions to the house so she can drop off flowers. I have absolutely no idea why they decided to do the following things: -not wait for me to call them (as discussed) and tell them when she would be home later for the delivery. -not use the address I had given them and any online map/gps for directions, like any other person would, especially given the fact that we had talked about the delivery being a surprise. To add to the wonderful situation, the flowers arrive, and they are the wrong kind and totally different from the order I had placed! I ask for the delivery woman about the issues, and she is totally out of the loop, as she was just simply told to deliver the flowers without any other details. I call the shop a little later to try and figure out what exactly happened. The manager explains that the call before delivery for directions is what they always do, and that she figured that there would be no issues with delivering the flowers right away. I really wish I had read the reviews on Google before placing my order, as I am not the only person to experience this type of situation. The day ended on a good note, as I got my refund and bought a beautiful bouquet from the florist at Benton Square. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Benton Square from the beginning.

The only downsides are parking and the key cards. Parking is tough, you'll have to make your own spot sometimes and risk warnings/tickets. They give you two key cards and I'm 2 for 2 on one of them randomly not working. Very easy to lock yourself out of your room so don't forget it inside
