She has chairs, tables & linens to rent as well as some miscellaneous decor (candelabras, photo booth signs, etc.). The chapel is where the ceremony takes place. This is the original church that was built back in the 1800s and was restored in 2013 and 2014. Cathy did an incredible job with this restoration, as the pews and floors are original to the church. The reception hall is a decent size for an medium wedding. We had about 65 people and 8 round tables and we filled the room (granted some tables were empty in the back). The chandeliers were beautiful in the reception hall. The bridal suite was where I spent most of my morning with my bridesmaids and mom. It was perfect. There is a window AC unit which came in handy because it was 90 degrees on my wedding day in OCTOBER! There is an adjoining bathroom several large mirrors to use when getting ready. The groom's room was smaller and had a locking closet which was nice. The lighting in their room was pretty dark, but it only takes a little while to put tuxes on. Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If I had to change one thing, it would be to make things a little easier for those in wheelchairs. The venue is technically wheelchair accessible but there were 3 or 4 locations in the venue my father had a very difficult time maneuvering because the lip of the floor would go up 2 inches or so. It was difficult to get his wheelchair over those humps. My wedding day was magical and the venue had a lot to do with that!

When I asked what it was for, I was told it was just a formality - something to do with paying by credit card. That wasn't truthful - it was not something to do with the credit card. I was signing a statement saying I was aware I could not return the dress for any reason. I later regretted my selection, but there was nothing I could do. So be aware...sales are final, no matter what! Signing something without reading the fine print was my error, but being dishonest reflects upon the business.

Simply know by locals in Sedalia as "The Barn" Heritage Ranch is indeed a barn, a barn constructed to look older than it is with a mix of recycled and new materials. One for the groom's wedding party and one for the brides. . .be warned. . .these are the only two areas with air conditioning and if you are going to have a wedding in anything other than winter that barn gets toasty. . .not toasty enough for me to dock a star but tosty enough for me to say that the family that ownes it might need to look into better cooling options than the random massive fans that were everywhere. . .pordable AC units are a thing. . . LADIES! The parking for the venu is a rock field, as in the roadway is made of loose rocks, bring flats or boots and switch to heels when you get to the barn. No really Don't try to do the lot in heels. Behind the barn sits a small play area for children that we found quite functional. Remember to READ what you are signing up for though because there is a lot of clean ups you will be responsible for, you turn everything back over the way you got it.
