Had toaster, full size fridge, and 4 sets of glasses, plates, and coffee cups. We stayed in 3rd floor room 305 which is a quiet zone 7am-10pm. They also have a full cabinet of additional items you can borrow items, like wine glasses, crockpot, and additional items to use for cooking. Once you are done using the borrowed item you bring back the item to the front desk. Additionally they have a full room of items for purchase either directly to your room, or pay at front desk. These items consist of food, ready to eat meals, burritos, sandwiches, can food and other dry goods and snacks. Which I absolutely loved! It was very convenient to just buy a small meal than drive out. Of course price is a little more than what you would purchase it at local Walmart but the convenience of obtaining it right then and there was great alternative. Lastly, yes they have a gym, which is connected to the laundry room only separating is an adjacent wall. They have free washers and dryers. 3 washers and 4 dryers available. Cons; no swimming pool but kitchen, and food items definitely makes up for it. We enjoyed our stay, and when we checked out and forgot a bag of puzzles and miscellaneous items they called us immediately. Overall great service definitely a place to stay for family with small children.

Came here for a vacation with my wife's family. Since we were the last ones there we were stuck on the pull out couch in the basement. I honestly can't complain though! It was very comfortable and I slept great! There are a ton of amenities on premise. Tons of fridge space (I think there were at least 3 refrigerators), a full kitchen with a double convection oven, a huge "mess hall" for feeding your crew, a hot tub for relaxing...the list goes on! There is also a boating dock area for access and swimming in the lake. You can also use the kayaks and canoes as you wish too. One thing I will say though. The owner of the property lives directly next to you. I'm talking same house just separated into two. Think like a massive duplex. We did see the owner and they never really got in our way but it did feel as though they were sort of watching us during the week we stayed. There is no cell service at all but there is WiFi (thank you AT&T WiFi calling!) so be prepared for that. Definitely would recommend if you have a huge event that would require housing a lot of people.
