The first day of class…read moreit is hard to see your baby cry because the swim experience is new (the pool is heated & babies are always supervised by 1-2 adults with swim jackets) but after just 1-2 classes our daughter was LOVING swimming!! If we miss a class our daughter notices & tells us! "Swimming!!" Wendy knows how EXACTLY how to work with babies & teach them swimming. One of the most impressive things they learn is if they fall in the pool they learn to put their arms up, reach for the side and climb out of the pool-this is HUGE for pool safety should your baby somehow manage to fall in!! We have had so many compliments from other parents while on vacation about how well our daughter swims for her age. Thank you Wendy & crew! We absolutely love it there!!! The facilities are always clean and tidy and the staff is amazing. They start the babies out with small classes which help with repetition and really learning the basics, and then move them on to privates which really focus on technique and skill. My 12-year-old went to Amplify for the first time, and she had the BEST time. We drove in from out…read moreof state, and it was absolutely worth it. She chose the rock band intensive, where she learned to play bass and collaborated with her bandmates and instructors, Effy and Sarah, to write and perform an original song at the end of camp on stage. She was so excited when other girls asked for her autograph after the performance! The best part of the experience was that she found "her people." She met girls who were kind, encouraging, supportive, and just a little edgier, which made her feel like she truly belonged. She also loved that all-girl bands came to camp to perform and stayed afterward for Q&A sessions with the girls. One of her favorite days was Field Day, which still makes me laugh because she does not like PE at school. I love that Amplify has a focus on music and arts, but still keeps some of the traditional campy activities. As a parent, I really appreciated that the camp nurse called before camp to discuss my daughter's medical needs and medications. The dining staff also did a great job accommodating her dairy-free diet with plenty of vegan options. She spoke positively about the counselors, especially Chloe. The campus was beautiful, and drop-off and pickup were both organized and easy. My daughter came home more confident, with new skills, deeper friendship, and memories she'll never forget. Before we were even home, she was already asking if she could come back next year and stay longer than two weeks. I think that says a lot.

It's also very clean, which was a top priority for us when choosing a school. And there are a lot of great families that go there as well! Trinity Preschool is a HUGE blessing in our lives. Our 3 year old daughter started there about 8…read moremonths ago, and she has thrived in such a short time. When we toured Trinity, the director Arianna really took time with us, and let us ask as many questions as we needed to, without rushing us (and trust me, I came with a list and a clipboard ;) That really meant a lot to us, because we wanted to make sure the school would be a good fit for our family. They have a huge grass area, and a gated play area with a large jungle gym, sand zone, water zone...and our daughters favorite...the tricycle path. All equipment is kept very clean, and the school rotates all of the activities, so the kids are always stimulated with new fun activities. The classrooms are kept very clean, organized, and my favorite...decorated with all of the children's art work and creations. They have different "zones" in the rooms, and many of them incorporate the Bible with learning: library, art and crafts, building, kitchen, dramatic play, just to name a few. Our daughter is always learning something new, and building on her small and large motor skills. The registration process was quite thorough (as it must be...they are going to be responsible for the wellbeing of your child), and Arianna made herself available for any questions we had along the way. One attribute that we really like with Trinity is they use Procare...an App where we check in and out, can "text" teachers notes and ask questions (and I can tell you, the teachers at Trinity have GREAT communication skills, and will send photos almost daily of your child's activities - we always feel more connected with our daughter through these photos, because then we can ask things like: did you have fun building that giant tower with legos...and who was that friend building with you?) We can't recommend Trinity enough, the teachers are AMAZING and have always made us feel like part of a "team" with our daughter. They have taught her so many wonderful things, aided us in the potty training process, and show her Christ's love everyday. Thank you Trinity for everything you have given to our family, we feel so blessed to be a part of yours!

Very VERY poor business. The "open gym" had multiple classes going on so my 2 yr old and I had…read morebarely anywhere to go where we didn't feel like we were in the way... she's 2 yrs old and a staff member told me to get off the trampoline with her when she can barely bounce on it safely by herself!! I'm her mother on there FOR HER SAFETY. There is way too large of an age range for "open gym" - groups of 16 yr old boys aggressively running around past my small 2 yr old just trying to cross a small obstacle course. The initiation fee is already a joke... $60 just for joining on top of the monthly $150... then less than 2 weeks after paying over $200 just to join you try to sneakily charge us $150 again?? And now when I try to call to talk to someone about all this your lines sound like you haven't paid your phone bill so I can't even speak to anyone??? I don't think I've ever come across a more poorly run business. I don't think I've ever been upset enough to leave a bad yelp review, but I certainly am now. And now, after reading all the other bad reviews of this business... including someone who discovered the owners dog bit their child and left a nasty bruise during a class and nobody told the parents... I'm just so sad a place like this exists. Please do not bring your children here.

They came back exhausted, dehydrated, sunburned. The instructors were overwhelmed, undertrained, and punitive. I called and requested a partial refund for the remainder of the week as we had paid for camp plus before and after camp that we would not be using. No dice. They would give me half of what I paid as a store credit. What!? The manager didn't even ask why we had a bad experience. DID NOT CARE. We will not be returning. Please save your money and stay away.
