The gift was going to Colorado. Since it was a "Christmas gift" I assumed that it would arrive timely or within a day or two. I emailed the company since I had no tracking number on the 23rd of December. Their response was they were preparing the order that day. Note: 5 days after placing the order, And I would receive a tracking number. Furthermore, they said there was a disclaimer regarding a delay in shipping. Well...I never heard a word back, so I went back to the website. I checked the pages that I visited and there was no indication that the "Christmas Gift" would not be shipped timely. I then went to the order tracking page, where I found the tracking number and at this point I learned the "Christmas Gift" would not be delivered until JANUARY 2, 2025! -That is 16 days from ordering date. Apparently customer service is not a priority. I am now extremely concerned about my order and if it is going to be what I ordered. If not I will immediately initiate a charge back through my credit card company!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!! Merry Christmas, Karen I hope you get everything you wished for on Christmas.

I told her that I was just looking. After picking up a variety of candles, such as mimosa, pina colada, Bloody Mary, and others, and smelling each of them, the candles started smelling similar. Not that they actually did smell similar, it's just that the scents throughout the store were just overwhelming me. This was my queue to leave.
