Don't bother asking for pet sitting service if you live in an apartment…read more I sent in a request regarding pet sitting services for my puppy whom lives in an apartment and uses puppy pads on occasion as we don't have a full yard (she can make it overnight now but barely). The response was quick but negative, with a subtle implication that puppy pads are abusive. Note that my dog goes outside at least twice a day on walks and during work days goes to the office where she gets to go outside regularly (no puppy pads at the office), however these folks were not even interested in learning more about the puppy. In general I am not impressed with the demeanor of this company.

They are also able to trim my vizsla's nails, even though he is pretty resistant and has very quick reflexes. Three years ago, our dog did get bit by another dog and their response was top-notch. Also, if you ever need to pick up your dog with a child in the car, you can text them to ask them to bring your dog out to the car - super helpful if you don't want to wrangle both your dog and your child at the same time!

Matt from Pawfection told me he refers all his clients to her who are looking for longer pet sitting, and no one has come back disappointed. Overall impression: I cannot speak more highly of Kimberley and Bowser's Buddy Pet Care! She was extremely professional and accommodating and made me feel like part of the Bowser's family from day one! More details: Kimberley is the epitome of professionalism. I really appreciated how she: - validated my sad feelings that I couldn't take him on the trip - had me over the weekend before my trip to see her space and meet the other dogs she was currently taking care of - was in constant contact about times/dates and how my dog Reeses was doing while I was gone - communicated (quickly) with me whenever I sent her a text message or gave her a call - loves my dog like her own (and he loves her back!) Pro-tip: Kim's place is dog HEAVEN. Very dog-friendly and lots of things to keep them entertained and comfortable: doggy door, fenced-in grassy yard, orthopedic beds, etc. etc. She doesn't give discounts, but it's totally worth the price, and that's coming from a med student in tons of debt currently!

It's hard to believe it's been six years since Teddy first started going to Lucky Buddies! We joke…read morethat we're one of the "OGs" because we've been with Yesi since the very beginning--back when she was caring for pups through Rover, long before Lucky Buddies grew into the incredible daycare it is today. Watching Lucky Buddies grow has been such a joy, but what amazes me most is that their heart has never changed. Even as they've expanded, every dog is still treated like family. Teddy has been loved, cared for, and celebrated every step of the way, and there isn't a single person on the Lucky Buddies team that I wouldn't trust with him. They've truly become part of our village. From daycare and baths to transportation, check-ins, and walks, they've made life so much easier over the years. But beyond the services, it's the peace of mind that means the most. I never have to wonder if Teddy is safe, loved, or happy--I know he is. As I prepare to move away, one of the hardest things to leave behind is Lucky Buddies. I honestly don't know how I'll ever find another place like them. They've set the standard for what exceptional dog care looks like, and I will forever be grateful for the love they've poured into Teddy over the past six years. Thank you, Yesi, and the entire Lucky Buddies team, for loving Teddy as if he were your own. It truly takes a village to raise a pup, and I don't know how I would've done these last six years without ours.

As a rescue, she struggles with separation anxiety, is fearful of new people, and is still a work in progress with her training. Finding a place where she feels safe and loved has meant everything to us. From Juan and Yesica to the entire team, everyone at Lucky Buddies takes exceptional care of our dog every time she visits. Their genuine love for the dogs is evident in the way they interact with and care for them. They know each dog's personality, treat them like family, and it's clear the dogs adore them in return. We also boarded Snowy at Lucky Buddies while we traveled out of the country. It was the first time I had ever been away from her for an extended period, and I was incredibly anxious. The team was so understanding and compassionate. They took amazing care of Snowy and sent me daily updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. Hands down, this has been the best daycare and boarding experience we could have asked for. We trust the Lucky Buddies team completely, and we're so grateful to have found them. Thank you, Lucky Buddies

It was my first time seeking a cat sitter, and I completely lucked out when Shawn got back to me right away (after I had sent inquiries to multiple parties). From the get-go, Shawn was responsive and professional. She promptly shared her business license info, insurance info, and references with me - which nobody else had bothered to do. And she was so warm when we met in person, for our initial meet-and-greet. It's clear that she loves the animals she cares for, coming from a fellow animal lover. My kitty warmed up to Shawn much faster than she normally warms up to anyone (?!) - a testament to her character, given that my kitty suffers from plenty of "stranger danger"! Shawn sent plenty of updates and photos, was always a text message away, and allowed us to enjoy our trip with zero worry. Kitty was completely relaxed when we came home, even though it was her first time being alone for multiple days. I'm so happy knowing that we can lean on Shawn for any future trips we take. I completely trust her with my fur-babies and my home.
