Don't bother asking for pet sitting service if you live in an apartment…read more I sent in a request regarding pet sitting services for my puppy whom lives in an apartment and uses puppy pads on occasion as we don't have a full yard (she can make it overnight now but barely). The response was quick but negative, with a subtle implication that puppy pads are abusive. Note that my dog goes outside at least twice a day on walks and during work days goes to the office where she gets to go outside regularly (no puppy pads at the office), however these folks were not even interested in learning more about the puppy. In general I am not impressed with the demeanor of this company.

As first time dog owners and definite helicopter parents, the staff have been so kind as they answered my MANY questions when we started her at daycare and went through our first boarding experience. They always show our pup care, love, and most notably patience with her puppy behaviors.
