I love this space too, it feels comfortable, the ambiance is so relaxing, and the yoga class I took was awesome. I'm so excited about this Co op and you should definitely come check it out. Some amazing features on top of the yoga- they have child watch for some classes for a small fee so you can yoga while your kid is well taken care of, they have a shop to find unique items to purchase as gifts or for yourself, the overall space is inviting, clean, welcoming, and the people are the best: Warm and friendly, genuine and kind. There's a ton of workshops they put on, so check them out!

The teacher was good but that was the only plus to this studio. No one knows how to book a private, the cost, etc and have to refer to Mallory (who acts like she is doing you a favor to do this). Computer program was not set up for their needs and has to get everything done with an override (which again only she can do with an attitude). Purposely double books room so that you get canceled out and has to refund you on a paid pass. Actively tries to get you to cut ties with studio if she has an issue with you. At the website they offer a free pass but I wanted to cash on the free pass on another day. Amy is probably one of the most unique yoga instructors I have ever met. She made yoga cerebral, soulful, and beautiful. She focused on the HOW you do each pose. I like that she encouraged you to play and to LISTEN to your body during yoga. She was adept in giving simple and easy to follow directions and examples of variations and modifications. Her mini massages, nurturing touch, and adjustments were heavenly. It was evident she was very intuitive in reading a person's body and providing adjustments to give relief to whatever was tense or needed relief in one's body.
