A welcoming place that is full of people whom you can just tell are loving, kind, embracing, and…read moredifferent in the best way! There's so much this amazing Co Op and the owner have to offer the local community- what a gem!!!! I love this space too, it feels comfortable, the ambiance is so relaxing, and the yoga class I took was awesome. From the aroma to the music to the guidance Jess Bieber had during class, it was one of the best classes I've ever been honored to take. I'm so excited about this Co op and you should definitely come check it out. Some amazing features on top of the yoga- they have child watch for some classes for a small fee so you can yoga while your kid is well taken care of, they have a shop to find unique items to purchase as gifts or for yourself, the overall space is inviting, clean, welcoming, and the people are the best: Warm and friendly, genuine and kind. There's a ton of workshops they put on, so check them out!

Very cute place, convenient, clean, always smells good. Instructors pontificate on the spiritual…read moreside and encourage moving on your own breath and are very permissive with your individual practice, which I love. Which is truly Yoga versus aerobic competition style which is very prevalent in this area. They might need a slightly larger space as one time I showed up checked in laid my mat down, was ready to start class and was last minute kicked out because they "didn't have the space" and apparently the front desk girl was glitching. there was definitely space and I could've staggered the mats and figured it out but didn't want the drama. I just stayed in the flow and left. This was pretty cray however, having practiced in pretty crowded spaces in big cities. But I fully respect that it's a small studio in a small town and they're going to do it this way, which is actually quite charming and lovely versus being all squished in. They have boosters and blocks and straps galore and don't mind if you borrow. Not nickel and diming. Cute selection of candles that are local earrings and other sweet merchandise. Convenient class times throughout the morning just about every morning. Lot to of love here!

Lets me start telling everybody that I'm NOT a "yogi" nor a person that socialize at the gym etc. I…read morehave occasionally walked out off workout classes, quite a few yoga classes because mid way thru I realized its not for me and no use on wasting any more time. I have known Campbell (yoga instructor) for awhile before I gave her class a try. Mind you, I live in Steele Creek. And it take me 45mins to 1 hr to get to exit 28 on 77NB. she teaches deep stretching every Sunday when she's in town at 11:30am. I truly love her class. yet you still hear me complaints and frown once in awhile. I guess I feel somewhat entitle because I drive so far. people laugh at me all the time. Saying Carolyn you pass a 100 studios before you made it to Gotta Yoga. I feel like Campbell's class is gear toward athletics and especially runners therefore its for people like myself. I see people with all walks of life. The stretching helps. No mediating bs. straight forward. You stretch, you work on your problem areas, last 7 mins of class you relax, then you Namaste and leave. Simple. I will continue to attend her class as long as she's teach. Her class is always packed. Sometime its soo crowd, I feel like I'm pinned to the wall or consistently touching someone's toes. Her class have the highest number. But due to her main job, she travels from time to time. So when she's not there, I don't go. So if you do attend her class and you see me, come by and wave. but don't stay and talk too much. lol.

I'm a fan of this cute little yoga studio. Lots of class offerings and it's always full of sweet…read morepeople. Not loud or super busy, but it's clean, friendly, and a great place to unwind.
