I already knew it was a great place from previous visits, but coming on a regular basis has just reconfirmed how amazing this place is. The owner Caitlyn is thee sweetest and coolest person ever and the energy at the studio just echoes all that she is. This is such a great studio! I'm head over heels in love with the Power yoga class. It's a mix of cardio, weights and yoga and is legit my fav yoga class of all time. The prana class is also pretty dope too. It's semi heated so I enjoyed that. I felt like a warm burrito lol. The studio itself is also extremely gorgeous with the dark blue interior and large mirrors and windows. It's just such a comfortable experience from start to finish. All the instructors have been so sweet and welcoming. I'm not an experienced yogi and I always feel comfortable taking classes here. The people are nice and I just love coming here!!!!
