I already knew it was a great place from previous visits, but coming on a regular basis has just reconfirmed how amazing this place is. The owner Caitlyn is thee sweetest and coolest person ever and the energy at the studio just echoes all that she is. This is such a great studio! I'm head over heels in love with the Power yoga class. It's a mix of cardio, weights and yoga and is legit my fav yoga class of all time. The prana class is also pretty dope too. It's semi heated so I enjoyed that. I felt like a warm burrito lol. The studio itself is also extremely gorgeous with the dark blue interior and large mirrors and windows. It's just such a comfortable experience from start to finish. All the instructors have been so sweet and welcoming. I'm not an experienced yogi and I always feel comfortable taking classes here. The people are nice and I just love coming here!!!!

I received a random text about a yoga class with "soul fusion" happening Tuesday night in NODA…read more I've practiced yoga for years and avoid joining any one studio in order to preserve the freedom of visiting all of them. (Yep, commitment issues.) One universal disappointment I find with most studios though is that almost everyone packs their mats up and leaves immediately upon "namaste". Yoga is such a spiritually cleansing practice that I REALLY want to connect with other humans around me afterwards. We all suffer through the stretches and asanas together, and then everyone abruptly exits like some treacherous one night stand. So, I've made my home my blissful yoga studio, but roll up my mat and yank myself out the house a few times a month just to be amongst others. Tonight was one of those nights. The FIRST thing I immediately took to at this studio was that the lighting was very dim and there were candles lining the perimeter of the room. There was also a huge window at the front of the room, and although it just faces an apartment building, you don't get that cave, dungeon-like feel of some yoga studios. The floor is gorgeous hickory or bamboo. The ambience of the space is incredible. The instructor, Asha Sims, opened the class and put on thought-provoking sensual music by "the floacist". Asha was awesome, and then....at the end of the class....OMG...people spoke to each other! They hugged, they asked each others' names, they complimented each other, they shared their challenges and successes with the poses that night...it was beautiful! This lasted for at least 20min afterwards, and almost everyone participated. *tear* I complimented one woman on her remarkable alignment during a pose and she jumped up ecstatic and embraced me...lol.(I'm not a hugger, but I rolled with it). Apparently, she has been recovering from some health issue and was very self-conscious during the class. Yep...Ashakti yoga is true to the spirit of yoga.

I started going to Arrichion in April of 2024 as a guest of a friend from work. She had mentioned…read moreloving her yoga studio and I was interested in joining a class based gym rather than continuing my YMCA membership. I would say I was a true beginner at yoga when I joined with very limited knowledge of yogi terminology and definitely not familiar with heated yoga. I started with Topaz class which I would consider a foundational class. Once I became confident/comfortable with the heat and teaching style from Topaz, I began to branch out to the other yoga classes like Diamond, Krystallos, Black Opal, and Bloodstone. Diamond is one of my favorites - it's super dark in the yoga room with candlelight and the flow is very slow. Black Opal is a fun class if you want to try fun poses like wheel or headstand/crow. Bloodstone and Krystallos are true workouts - hydrate before!!! I attended Arrichion for a whole year without trying the circuit training side of the gym but finally gave it a shot during the Athena challenge in May of 2025. My favorite circuit class is Warrior and is different every class. If you're nervous to try the circuit side, bring a friend and come a few minutes early and take some time to look at the TVs above the line of treadmills! There are video clips of what you'll be doing so nothing will be a "surprise" once class gets started. The teachers are very approachable during class and I feel able to ask questions easily no matter who is guiding that day. Around the same time I started trying the circuit side, I began booking private sessions with Jenna who is one of the owners of the studio. I attend with the friend who originally recommended Arrichion to me and our private sessions have helped us both become more confident yogis. Jenna makes unique flows tailored to what we want to work on and even takes our music recommendations to add in. I learned how to hold a headstand within 2 private sessions which was shocking considering I was a complete newbie only a year prior. The recovery options available just make the gym that much more loveable. I use the sauna at least once a week and occasionally brave the cold-plunge (worth it, just scary to get into it at first). The red light meditation room will 100% make you want to take a nap and is nice to do pre-class. This membership is 100% worth it, not only for my health but for the community and fun being a member brings. I am an unlimited monthly member and pay for the membership with my HSA account through benefits at work which the studio helped me figure out how to set up. Highly recommend this studio to anyone who will listen! :-) Do it for the pops!!!

The practice area is beautiful; they are three separate rooms, one large room where there is a barre, 4 Cadillacs, and 4 reformers, another room for gyro-tonic, and a third room with a little bit of everything. All the rooms have hardwood floors and the walls are this refreshing light green color. The place is very calming and inviting. I have taken the Core Barre class on Tuesday night at 6:30 ($20) and the Reformer class on Thursday morning at 7am ($30). I highly suggest going to the Core Barre class to get a feel for the studio and then inquire about reformer classes. Their website has a lot of information about everything they offer. Tip: This place is not easy to find. You go down Fairview toward Cameron Valley Pkwy, flip a U turn at Cameron Valley Pkwy, and then take your first left into where all of the brick buildings are. They are back left if you were standing on Fairview. I suggest leaving early for class the first time you go in case you get lost like me :) Alas, you could probably walk in to class 5 mins late if it was your first time, they are very welcoming there.

I've taken from almost every instructor but I definitely have my favorites! I'm not sure if we're allowed to say names on Yelp, but I think I'll try and see what happens because I think it's so important to take classes from teachers that are truly inspirational, creative and passionate about what they do. My favorite classes at melting point are: Karen, Jasmine, Lindsey, Pam, Mallory and Shannon... these are just the ones off the top of my head but they each have their own unique style, a sense of humor but most importantly they are encouraging and accepting, and they make such a great Community vibe! The teacher was good but that was the only plus to this studio. No one knows how to book a private, the cost, etc and have to refer to Mallory (who acts like she is doing you a favor to do this). Computer program was not set up for their needs and has to get everything done with an override (which again only she can do with an attitude). Purposely double books room so that you get canceled out and has to refund you on a paid pass. Actively tries to get you to cut ties with studio if she has an issue with you.
