Brought my sxs in to have it wrapped with my new startup business logo, they just wrapped the plastic panels and nothing else and just added STICKERS and called ot a wrap. What couldnt be wrapped they spray painted. See pictures, they also wrapped the screws on one side and not the other to match. Paid $1,136, asked for a refund and pretty much told me to pound salt. SXS was there for 6 weeks and this is what i got. There is a back story but have to wait on that one. 0.0! read more

Paid $2,500 for front end PPF and full ceramic. Where to begin. First, they say they use 10 year ppf + 5 year ceramic. Receipt details the use of 5 year PPF and 6-12 month ceramic. Let's start with ceramic - they ruined the plastic trim on the vehicle. The ceramic got applied all over the plastic, resulting in white faded plastic all over my vehicle. PPF - they didn't wrap the headlights on side mirrors like promised. What they did wrap was a complete hack job. Not only is there bubbles and specs u see the ppf, but they cut razor marks into my paint everywhere they cut the ppf. They clearly applied the ppf and used a razor against my paint to trim the ppf. Razor marks all over the vehicle. The shop manager and the ppf installer both look like alcoholics and addicts, I should have seen the warning signs. read more

They wrapped my roof on my Camry - we noticed it was bubbling. Took it in and Kendall (manager) spoke to his wrap guy (with 10 years experience) he stated he had to remove the wrap. We made an all day appointment to have roof wrap taken off and wrapped again. I also added a nose piece to be wrapped black. Once we got home and in the garage we noticed dents in the roof and the satellite radio fin was gone. We looked inside the car and noticed the headliner was broken as well. We took the car back to the store to be told the CEO was going to call us. No call - I reached out to the Franchisee through LinkedIn- he did answer by LinkedIn messenger, so we set up a call. We explained we had gotten prices from Toyota for headliner and satellite fin cost with installation of both. We also had a price for the roof dents to be removed. Re wrap both roof and nose piece. We told them our costs and they responded - well that's not going to happen- and hung up. I want my car to not have these issues that I did not cause. Please stay away from this place. read more

Im not impressed. I just bought a new car and wanted the windows tinted. I called several tint shops in my area and this place was the only one that could tint my car in a days notice. Even though they were 20 percent higher in price than any other company, I wanted it done quickly. When I arrived they started pushing ceramic window tint that was over 400 dollars. I told them standard window tint was fine I've had all of my cars tinted with it for over 40 year's, I dont need 400 dollar window tint. This didn't seem to sit well with the kid at the front counter. I asked about the warranty of their product and workmanship. He told me they did not warranty the basic window tint only ceramic tint. I asked if it was the same manufacturer of both tints, he said yes, but they would not warranty the tint or their workmanship. I turned around and walked out. I would recommend another tint shop in the area. They are cheaper and give lifetime warranty. read more

I highly caution anyone about to do business with these people they are complete crooks. They flipped my friends side by side while they were supposed to be wrapping it , then they tried to hide it like we wouldn't notice !! To make matters worse they still charged him and the wrap isn't even a wrap just a complete mess of sticker, spray paint and super glue . Do not use these people. DO NOT GO HERE! took my UTV in for a wrap...they had it 5 weeks, kept pushing back the time frame for completion. upon pick up, we noticed our PERFECT brand new side by side has been wrecked and rolled over on the asphalt. Then they had the audacity to charge us an extra $130 for the wrap work. They spent the 5 weeks trying to "fix" the damage done to our machine, which in turn did more damage to it. Their tech lied and passed it off to us knowing there was extensive damage. Now we have a totaled side by side and having to go through thousands of calls and lawyer fees to get this resolved. An $1100 crap wrap job is going to cost us thousands and thousands more. Ridiculous! read more

I stopped into Tint World today to see if I could repair my back windshield the tint had bubble up. First he ask me did they do this and I said no. He said let me take a look at and we both walked outside to look and he said yes that they could fix that. I ask him when could they repair and he said right no. He said that he would have to ask me some information and he would give me a quote and he did all of that quickly. He said it would take at least an hour to repair it and replace the tint on my back windshield he explained everything to me about the back windshield because of the defrost and he didn't want to mesh it up. Then he told me his name and I told him my name as wel. Then he said how much the cost would be so I asked him to go ahead and do the job. They did it less than hour and they said that it would be longer but overall it only took about 50 minute. The wait was not long. He took me back outside to look at the job and he explained how it would be after the tint drys if not to bring it back. Great service nice Guys Thank you Rob@ Tint World!!! I moved here from Florida and my window tint was too dark to pass NC inspection. Tint World removed the old tint and replaced it with tint within the NC limit. The service was excellent and they did a great job. Highly recommend. read more
