They had a case that wasn't too big of a selection but had a pretty good variety. The staff was super nice and helpful and was able to let us know the prices of any of the cards we asked. They have their own prices and do go by TCG Player but the prices were still fair and only a little bit above what we saw online. I left with a couple of cards. The space itself is super welcoming and seems like such a cool spot for those into the hobby. They had a lot of "cool stuff" for sale (great name!) and there was a tournament going on when we were there, which was pretty cool. Overall, a nice spot for cool stuff!

Most places were already ran through but Google said they might have some V-Day gifts/decor so I was desperate and made my way over. They truly had such unique items that you don't typically find in other stores. Because they have a wedding aisle, I got some miscellaneous things from that section too and curated a box for my loved one. There were a lot of items on sale too so I didn't spend over $50 on everything. Luckily, the store wasn't packed so i was in & out relatively quickly. I'll definitely be coming back for some home decor as this store is HUGE and caters to many different aesthetics.

When I asked for help, I got dry, one-word responses like I was bothering them they didn't even look up at me while talking to me At one point I sneezed and the staff managed to look at me but somehow nobody could say "bless you." Not a big deal, but it perfectly sums up the vibe -- cold and weird. They kept staring at me while I shopped, and when walking past me in the aisles, not a single "excuse me." I had to physically move out of their way so they wouldn't bump into me. If making customers feel uncomfortable is the goal, they're doing amazing. I definitely won't be back.

The main issue though is that it's overpriced; and they can overcharge because there are not many people with access to packs, boxes, etc. I get that they have to profit but it still feels meh to pay $5 dollars extra on packs especially when you buy a few. Now you've paid potentially 15-20 dollars more than you would have otherwise. Even on single cards, they're all a few dollars above market. So one you buy a few cards you paid quite a bit extra. Again, I get they have to profit otherwise what would be the incentive for them? But it doesn't mean you have to enjoy getting overcharged. Then the cherry on top is they're not friendly lol. At least if they're overcharging but are nice, ya know it hurts a lil less. But it feels like you're just buying from scalpers in a nicely lit up building.

And then, wait for it, got charged the full $140 for their 'service' and return shipping. And then, had to take time off work so I could be home waiting for the Fed Ex shipping to arrive because they required a signature. Dude - that was a total TOTAL waste of my time and energy. Oh, and money. Three weeks later, the same broken drone is sitting in front of me, I owe a coworker for covering for me, and I'm $200 poorer. Nice.

This store waited until I got there, then treated it like a return--asking for the card I paid with and even requesting my social security number just to process it. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, I placed a curbside order and was told to go inside to pick it up. What's the point of offering curbside if I have to walk in? This location went from a 10 to a 0. On top of that, your team told us we had to pay for ribbon, something that would have been included if the balloons had been filled by your staff. When we tried to explain how important this was, Brooklyn, the manager, showed no interest in helping. She had a terrible attitude and walked away while we were still speaking. It would have taken five minutes to offer basic customer service. Those five minutes would have made a huge difference for our child's birthday. Instead, we were left frustrated and scrambling. I will not be returning to your store. I will be taking my business to Amazon and other retailers who actually value their customers and make an effort to be helpful. Do better.
