Often he makes up concerns, demands, issues, etc., to get what his client wants. The second worst part is Mr. Brown has repeatedly requested that the Judge have me pay for all of his attorney fees related to the made-up concerns, demands, or issues. To my surprise, the Judge's thankfully denied each of Mr. Brown's requests for reimbursement for erroneous fees. That should say a lot about his character. Each of the Judges we worked with over the past eight years saw through the dishonesty and denied each of Mr. Brown's requests for erroneous fee reimbursement. My concern is in the past 8 years of working with Jason Brown, I continue to see him only look out for his client's best interest, and not the children involved. Please email me at rodneyjjackson36@gmail.com for examples or if you have questions. Mr. Brown appears comfortable looking the other way if children are being abused. The children do not pay for Mr. Brown's fees, so he does not care what they want or what happens to them. It appears Mr. Brown is fine, working with child abusers as long as their checks are clear. There are way too many other Family Law attorneys out there who will look out for both you and your children. Please contact another firm today.

So I was intrigued by an article in my August 2017 Consumer Reports magazine. The front cover…read morefeatured cutting the cord. I was interested since my bill for satellite was now double from when I subscribed to it exactly four years ago. The providers entice you with introductory offers that only last for a year or so. I read the several page article which was very compelling. It even estimated what you would pay depending on different options. A gal in my book club just cut the cord and suggested I look into doing the same. My daugher was in town for the weekend and I discussed my thoughts on cutting the cord and getting an over the air (OTA) antenna. I already have wifi together with HULU, Netflix, Amazon etc. She told me that she only uses an antenna together with her streaming apps. Therefore I started investigating what my options were. I wanted to replace my satellite DVR with another that would that would record at least 4 stations at a time and had enough memory to handle my recordings. I wanted the DVR accessible to my other televisions and wanted a mobile app to set and view my recordings from anywhere. I wanted the ability to stream Netflix Hulu Amazon etc. and I wanted an OTA antenna that would provide me with all the local stations and then some and would not be obtrusive. I almost purchased an amplified indoor antenna but then decided to look into an outdoor antenna that would mount on the satellite mount. I researched an April 1, 2017 article in the Minneapolis Star and Tribune which also discussed the benefits of cutting the cord. The article featured an antenna distributor. I then went to Yelp to see if I could find reviews for antenna installers. There were at least two and I talked to both companies. After discussing my needs with John I decided to go with Cable Alternatives. John was extremely knowledgeable and could provide not only the antenna but the equipment and set it up for no additional charge and no additional cost to me as long as he provided the equipment. John was also very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. He would make this very easy for me! He knew exactly what I wanted to accomplish and how to implement it. He thought the Tivo Bolt and Mini's were a great choice. I called my satellite TV provider and canceled the service a week out and scheduled John for the day that my service was terminated. John's installer Andrew is absolutely fabulous! He was at my house promptly at 9 o'clock in the morning on the day of termination. He installed all of the equipment helped me register for the Tivo service and equipment online and installed the antenna, TiVo Bolt DVR and my TiVo mini's for the additional televisions in the house. Everything was hooked up to my existing cable and linked to the wifi router. He got all the equipment working and showed me how to navigate the system. What a great guy! He is extremely personable and extremely knowledgeable! He indicated that he has done hundreds of these installations and he was very diligent in his endeavor. I have now enjoyed my first couple of days after cutting the cord and I love the equipment I love the installation I get great reception. I may miss a few cable channels but not the cost. I would highly recommend Cable Alternatives if you're thinking about cutting the cord with cable or satellite. Trust me since I have had one or the other for over thirty years and finally am not paying to watch my favorite shows on local TV.

The business appears to be shut down. I lfet two messages last week and one this week. No call back.read more

It was our 60th anniversary year, and after our meeting, we had an offsite reception and dinner at The Bakken Museum. I had met with Jonathan only a few days prior to our event. He showed me examples of his work and gave me several options and offering suggestions of what would work best for our group. While candid shots of the group were good, they were only a secondary concern of mine, because what I wanted to capture was a group photograph of all our employees. Anything else would be a bonus. Jonathan, without any request from me, scheduled an appointment with the Bakken the next day so that he could see and feel what the space would look like and what would work. The day of our event arrived and I found Jonathan getting our group to interact and pose for the camera! Our group is typically reserved, but Jonathan used his people skills and charm to get them do act naturally and have fun! Jonathan was very accommodating with special requests, because several of us who are not shy of the camera would ask to have our pictures taken, and he obliged. When the time came for the group picture, I was so pleasantly surprised the Bakken had a special loft area where Jonathan could go 'above' the group and take several group shots! Jonathan efficiently turned around the pictures in a very short time, and had them available for viewing on a Dropbox account. The pictures were even better than I had envisioned. Thanks to Jonathan's professionalism and skill, we now will have a memory of our 60th anniversary that will hang in each office next to our 50th anniversary picture. I appreciate all the work you did for us, Jonathan! You exceeded my expectations!

In fact there is a chance that at least parts are completely unrecognized by me. Regardless of its present shape, to the best of my knowledge it remains a community based, almost entirely a volunteer effort. I have found KFAI to be a source of information representing a diverse swath of voices, eclectic musical offerings and an interesting lineup of on-air talent. The signal used to be quite weak and localized. Since then I understand that it has significantly extended its reach to include most if not all of the metro. If you plan on contributing to a listener supported station, to me KFAI is well worth your consideration.

It was a Sunday evening, I was laying on my bed listening to the radio and probably bored. I spun the dial all the way to the left and then I slowly started moving the dial to the right on my alarm/clock radio searching for something else. It didn't take much but I suddenly stopped it here, 90.3 FM. The song playing was Romeo Void's, Never Say Never. That guitar, drums, driving beat and suddenly that sax in the chorus was tossing my entire world of what I perceived as music. And enter the rabbit hole I did because many years down the road this station is still a mainstay. It still introduces me to music and I hear news that doesn't get played or aired anywhere else. Its local, supported by member listeners and is easily one of the most underrated things in this town. Music Nerd Fact that I learned from KFAI: You know that song "Train Kept a Rolling" made popular by Aerosmith? Well the 60's band Cream was one of the first to cover it but the original was done by Tiny Bradshaw. Yep. It was a big band song back in the day and it was bad ass. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ci4EQDD4CqA If you haven't ever listened, they can be heard streamed via the web (they also have an app), or locally at 90.3 or 106.7. Each show is also available for 2 weeks after each airing via podcast. I was gonna plug a few of my favorites but I started going through the list and thought, crap! There's too many. Seriously, if you are the into music and appreciate the likes of The Current, KEXP out of Seattle or KCRW from Santa Monica, KFAI takes that and then adds some spice and takes it to a whole new level. You really do get a new station every couple of hours as the DJ's change. Please check them out and show them your support (ie: $$$, it's always pledge week : ) http://kfai.org/programs
