I was a chiropractic non believer until my husband went to see Dr Schmidt. He had been complaining…read moreabout back pain for years and finally had enough. After even the first appointment he was feeling better and I am happy to have my husband feeling great and enjoying life again. Then a few weeks ago my back went out on me. My husband told me to see Dave but I was still extremely skeptical that he could make me feel any better. I could barely work and was in incredible pain. After 2 weeks I threw in the towel and made an appointment. I was terrified to see what he would say. I thought that my lifestyle was going to end. We live on a farm, have 3 kids, I show dogs and I am a hairstylist. We enjoy camping, kayaking and our horses. How could I possibly do any of these things if I was going to have a bad back? But from the moment you walk in you know that you are in the RIGHT place. Dave and his wife Jean are the most amazing people that truly care about you and getting you to feel better as quickly as possible. His passion for what he does instantly puts you at ease. He is thorough and explains why you have pain, how he can help correct your pain and what the long term goals are for you. You are not just a number or a patient with him. You feel like you are family. He cares about getting you healthy and healed to enjoy your best life. He cares about the entire person and your entire family. I have seen him for just over 2 weeks and I can not explain how much better I feel!!! I cant wait to see how my chiropractic journey is going to go and how much better I will continue to feel. Our boys are getting ready to start seeing him as well to make sure that they are on the right track and can get ahead of their good spinal health. Once you become a patient you are invited to a "welltalk" that Dave and Jean host. It is so informative to see where his journey began and where chiropractic care started and why it is so important. When the boys go I may tag along again because it was just that good. If you are suffering from back pain, neck pain, tingling in your hands or fingers then you need to see Dr Schmidt! You will not be disappointed. I only wish that I would have listened to my husband sooner. But I wont tell him that! Thank you so much Dr Schmidt and Jean. I have my crazy life back!!

I have to say I really liked this yoga studio and absolutely loved the yoga instructor Charlene. A…read morewhile back in the midst of covid yelp would have questions up for establishments asking if they practice social distancing, covid protocols, stuff like that. Well I answered one of the questions and said no they don't follow social distancing or something like that b/c they didn't. I had been to other yoga studios in the area and they cut their class sizes in half to help distance people but yoga by blosstopia did not. Well I guess the owner, Lana, didn't like my response because she found my info in their database, since I attended classes there, and called me to discuss my "review" which wasn't even a review. It was just simply an answer to a question. I was very cautious during that time b/c I worked with people who were higher risk and couldn't afford to get covid myself so I always wore a mask when I was there which was fine. I don't expect other people to mask but it would have been nice if we weren't packed in there like sardines. (Side note - the floors are not padded at all, it's just concrete with peel and stick vinyl planks laid down so be sure to bring two yoga mats b/c it's hard on the knees.) She did ask if I'd like to zoom into the class if I wasn't comfortable and I told her that I was fine wearing a mask in class. I just thought it was important for people to know what they would be walking into before spending the money. She seemed very defensive and almost pissed that I told people the truth. I think the studio has changed owners since then and I hope to go back and see if things have changed for the better.
