They removed the drywall, located the failure, removed carpeting and dried and disinfected the area to a state that was ready for reconstruction. Next, Rhett, Mitch, Trevor and team came in and reconstructed the damaged area. Rhett was great and estimating and working with the insurance company when needed. He allowed us time to pick out our carpet from a wide array of samples and was helpful in the selection process. Mitch, Trevor and team were great replacing the drywall, painting and making sure everything was as expected. I highly recommend Green Clean for water remediation and reconstruction projects.

I recently moved and wanted some specific cleaning done over a couple of days and we worked out Martha coming 4 hrs one day to wipe out cupboards and do some general cleaning and then 3 days later, after we moved out, came back another 4 hours finishing up the general cleaning. I asked her to also sweep the garage completely, moving shelving etc, and then spray it down with water and squeegee it out. They charged her 30 dollars extra to clean a spot that needed extra attention. The guy didn't even put effort in to clean the spot in the living room, you can still see the spot the same as it was before he came out. The carpet after he left was so wet you could see puddles from your foot prints. They also advertise an offer of 10% off for seniors and he did not give her this even when she asked about it while he was writing up the invoice with her. Worst of all he opened her refrigerator without asking and tried to take a canned drink for himself and when my grandma said something about it and told him to get out of there he said "I need something to drink" and was rude about her not having a beverage for him after she offered him a glass of water and he said no to it. Absolutely awful experience and do not recommend giving this company any of your hard earned money.

I know this was made for Friday because when I was on the phone making the appointment I remember them repeating back Thursday, saying "you mean Friday, right?" and them agreeing. I also told them we have 4 rooms to do and buy their 5 room package (one of our rooms is ~400 sq ft, and they cap a "room" as being 200 sq feet max, so that one counts as two). I mention we have a hallway connecting the rooms and they say they'll go ahead and do that too (two of our rooms are ~100 sq ft). I get called Wednesday and am told they'll be out on Thursday. I again say it was for Friday and am told they aren't available Friday. I'm not happy but agree since I just want to get this done. I get another call Thursday morning asking if we can move the appointment up to be sooner. We call back and leave a message saying we can do it after noon. I get called again an hour later and confirm we can do it between noon and 1pm. I'm told the cleaner will call ahead with the time they'll arrive. I get a call at 12:10pm from the cleaner asking me why I'm not home and that they've been waiting at my house for 10 minutes. There was no call telling me they were on their way or that they were going to arrive right at noon so I was running an errand. They sound very frustrated as though this was my fault for wasting their time. We have pets, and one of the main reasons for this cleaning to to take out pet and urine smells. Their website says they will deodorize your carpets and they list pet odor and urine stain removal as part of their service. When I arrive I find out the treatment for urine is an additional $0.36 sq. ft, which more than doubles the cost of the service. They do not list this or price this anywhere on their website, so I guess you only find out when they're already at your house. On top of that they charge an additional $15 for the hallway that I'd been told they'd just take care of, and the cleaner acts annoyed that I'm asking and trying to understand why the service has doubled in cost. They do pet odor and urine stain removal, but urine odor costs double, something that was mentioned by nobody and is not on their website anywhere. Their website explicitly states they have no extra or hidden fees. Not my experience. I received a call a few hours after asking how things went. The moment I started telling them the issues I had their tone changed and they couldn't get off the call fast enough. I would not recommend this company.

They stayed top of mind and that's what ended up making the difference! The team member arrived behind the provided schedule, but wasn't a problem. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing! We were long overdue and now are excited to be able to clearly see out. Makes the house feel so clean!

They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. We have been working on our house since March 1, 2021, getting it ready to put on the market. Back…read morein April I called two cleaning services to co e out and give me estimates for cleaning after construction. The owner came out and appeared to make notes as we went thru the house and I described what exactly I wanted done. I said I was hiring a window cleaning service to clean the windows inside and out, the screens and tracks. She said no they can do that too. Her estimate was about $350 higher than the other one, but I felt she would do a better job. She said if I defrosted the freezer they would clean that too. I did and they did not. I said many times this was after construction so it would be dusty everywhere and I wanted it all cleaned top to bottom so the house would show well. I have custom. Linds on many of the windows that needed cleaning. I saw them working on them, it wasn't until after the open house when we put them down that we noticed two were broken. She denies they did it, saying she asked all the ladies who were here if they did it. Of course they said no, so she called me a liar. I saw her working on the outside or a couple windows so I assumed they were getting done too, NOT. She cleaned the living room , the bed room above it the glass sliding doors and that's it. All other windows were not touched, no tracks cleaned and no screens were cleaned. I also saw them clean the bathroom upstairs, but when I went in to put towels up and rugs down, the floor was awful! The caulking around the base of the tub was filthy. I had to get my cleaners out and clean it myself. I made sure to remind the, about any cob webs, still there after they left, also about the light covers that were full of dust from construction. Yes, yes, yes, we are getting them. I asked her when I called to arrange a date for her to come, about how long should it take? She said she was bringing a crew of about 5, so it would take about 4 hours. They rushed thru the house so fast they missed doing all these things, I wasn't watching the clock as I was busy with other things. She came to me and said they were done and getting ready to leave so could I pay them. Remember I didn't know how long they'd been here since I was busy too. I wrote her a check for the $900.00 she charged me. The house was in a lot better shape than when she came to give the estimate as things were clean as they were getting done. She didn't adjust the charge, that's okay, I agreed to it. Until after she left and I started to find everything that wasn't done. I was t upset, I was angry and getting more angry the more things I found. I didn't have time to message her at that time as a photographer was coming to take pictures, which I was very embarrassed about the windows and lights most of all. I had to get to our hotel after that, so it was the next day I messaged her. I had time to calm down, so I could be nice about it. The response I got was we tried, we TRIED, to do a good job and do a deep cleaning. They were in a hurry to go to another job shr lined up for that day so skipped everything they couldn't zip thru. I've massaged her several times about coming back to finish what they were paid to do. I was told that I should have said something at the time and why didn't I dispute the changes? That I handed her the check so they were done. I told her yes I paid her, thinking it was all done and nothing has been broken, I don't know I was supposed to follow them around like they were little kids and check their work! I thought they were professionals? Do not call or hire this service! She is very dishonest and has no integrity and does not stand behind the work she does. She does not carry insurance in case there are any damages done!! Big red flag!? I should have asked if they were bonded and insured. Let's say I'm a little wise if I decide to use a cleaning service again!! For you, learn from my mistake and don't get robbed by this woman, I use that term loosely.
