There were two entrances, and I entered from the side with the elevator. The other side had escalators and there were a lot of people hanging out at the bottom of them. They likely have a lot of activity, as during two days we twice saw firetrucks, ambulances, and police cars but during my visits, there was no activity.

This Okotoks location always seems to have lots of good deals on as well, like today when we saved about $15 on our bill. It's a busy location and does have pretty narrow isles, but I like how they still bag your groceries for you and take it out to your car - which is great when you're dragging around 2 small kids who just got a sugar buzz off the free cookies from the Bakery dept.
