After 7 hours, and that includes the hour lunch break that came out of our pocket, the floor was covered with dustballs from the light fixtures and the floor had not been mopped. I had to go back and do a lot of cleaning myself. This cleaning service took us to the cleaners.

Multiple times we've had invoicing issues, cleaners showing at our front door when we've changed our time or date or canceled because their management never communicated their schedule. Often times it takes for five emails or texts to get a response. And even worse if they had an issue with another client I know, and they tried to drag me into the situation to help them because I knew that client instead of handling it themselves. If you don't know how to run a business professionally, then you shouldn't be in business. Avoid them at all costs. Also they price per hour above the average cleaning Rate when they should be pricing based on sq/ft. To clean our 5bd 3ba home (2301-2700 sq. ft.), they only charged $655! The booking process was via text with Amanda and choosing which date on their site. From the start, we were really impressed by Christopher's attention to detail and work ethic. He did arrive a little late, but got to work immediately. After cleaning each floor, we had a walkthrough where he asked if there was anything we'd like cleaned. We greatly appreciated that. The previous owners had 3 dogs and I'm allergic. Before Christopher cleaned, dog hair was on every surface and in every drawer. After cleaning, I can finally breathe through my nose. :) One thing we would suggest improving however, is the quality of the cleaning tools. The vacuum, though lightweight, came apart a few times. We have hardwood floors, so we were concerned the vacuum might break or be damaged. Another improvement that could be made is to clean dust off the ceiling and high nooks, especially for deep cleans. Short couples, like us, would really appreciate that. Overall, we're very happy with the service! I wasn't sure how one person could clean the entire house, but Christopher left us feeling quite impressed.

They are always late! 3 out of 5 times and I cant do that with 5 kids. I would pay and tip ($30!!!) and leave with kids. This last time was the last straw. I gave a $10 tip and I fired them!
