They apologized and got me scheduled at north loop 2 days later. The next day I get a call saying that I was scheduled with someone who doesn't do the service I need. Glad they caught it before I showed up, but again lack of knowledge and a waste of time! Be careful trusting that they know what they are doing related to scheduling.

Thank the universe and every star above that I was paired with Holly. And honestly- thank goodness she didn't turn me away when she saw the yellow correction coming her way. Her energy was phenomenal and her humor and conversation are second to none. You know when you want to have that old friend feeling with a stylist when sitting in a chair all day? That's what she gave. She took her time, gave me my confidence back and gave me the best color I've ever received. I'm a client for life- even if I need to fly to her in the future. Salon Rouge is tucked in the same brownstone that houses Eli's; when you walk past the salon it has a rather unassuming store front. But once you enter, it is truly like being in another world. The rich, vibrant colours and the calming scents that permeate the salon are an experience in itself. Truly, you have to go inside to get the feel of the most beautiful salon in all of Minneapolis (and I have been to quite a few of them). I come to Salon Rouge to get my hair colored by Richard, and to buy the awesome cosmetic products that the salon houses. The scents for the home are so relaxing; they are scents that both men and women can enjoy. I am enamored by the Comme des Garcon scents; I actually use one of the body sprays as I iron my clothes because it's soft and refreshing at the same time. You simply have to come to this salon for nothing else but to experience it. Absolutely beautiful!!
