She's very gentle and makes sure to explain things so you can understand them fully. She also responds to questions or concerns via phone call extremely quickly (her nursing team as well). You can tell she cares very deeply for her patients. She's my first OB/GYN and will be delivering my twins next year! I'm so thankful I was able to get her as she was highly recommended by multiple doctors on my care team. I'm so happy with her and I would highly recommend her if you're looking for an OB/GYN. :)

If you do, the spots are so tight! Don't expect to be able to get out of your car pregnant, let alone with a car seat.

You will have an appointment with ample time to address your issues and learn anything you feel you need to learn. You'll probably be comfortable enough to laugh and crack jokes, but you will be taken very seriously. I will tell any woman I know about them because I know so many who have been assembly-lined in their care while suffering needlessly with issues that can be treated. These women actually care about their patients, and it's been a long time since I've experienced medical professionalism on that level. The online portal is utilized very well and response time is above and beyond fast when questions or concerns come up. The location of the office is even soothing and built to focus on care, not flare. Do not doubt, if you are a woman in need of that particular brand of care, this is the place working hard to make sure we get it, no matter our social class.

They were able to stabilize the regimen that is keeping the problem at bay for now and were able to rule out one other problem. My experience has been pleasant and even though they themselves were not able to solve the issue (I'm now trying to figure out where it's going wrong, which is beyond their expertise-I might be looking at an endocrinologist, and since then, my theory of a nerve problem was ruled out after a visit at a urology center), we were able to solidify that my case is hormone related somehow. NOTE: their specialty is fertility services and hormones related to fertility, including gynecological/andrological/reproductive, and LGBT care ‍‍. They took on my case because my primary care physician needed someone that knew more about the hormone stuff.

AND THE WORST 'HEALTHCARE' AS WELL-though I'm hesitant to even call it that. I did not at all feel like Jan cared about my *personal* needs. She was warm and friendly enough until I asked her to order some tests that I wanted, or to think outside of her narrow thoughts. I was only asking for a comprehensive thyroid panel-we aren't talking expensive hypochondriac things. When I told her that a topical medication she prescribed was causing dryness and irritation, she dismissed my concerns and told me to keep using it. I took my son to see Dr. Copperman for a specific concern and he told my son that his issues were his own fault. His blaming alienated me, shamed my son and did NOTHING to address the concern we came in for. I have NEVER been treated this way before by anyone. His care was so terrible that I sat in the car crying from anger. I asked for a referral for my son, and was handed a list of providers and told they would send over a referral. When I called to follow-up, the referral told me they weren't accepting new patients. I called the clinic back but no one was available to help me. 3 days later they returned my multiples calls and said they'd send it through to another. That one ALSO was not accepting new patients. And then it happened a third time. Finally, I started calling around and then asked the new clinic to call for a referral and it took a week to receive it! As if that wasn't enough, the front office told me that I did not need to make a co-pay for a visit. I told them, are you sure? I usually do. They told me no, and refused to take any payment. When I was then billed for it, I called to find out why and was placed on hold, or hung up on, and never got an answer. When I went in for the next appointment, they told me at the appointment that I had to pay a $100 deposit to be seen since I was delinquent on my bills. DELINQUENT. It was a $20 co-pay. I was there for an appointment and had no other choice if I wanted my son to be seen.
