Extremely overpriced, especially when it comes to French tips!…read more The BASIC pedicure is $35, plus $15 for gel polish and another $20 for French tips. That brings a pedicure with gel polish and French tips to approximately $70. Be careful if you decide to get your nails done here as well. I wanted an acrylic fill-in with gel polish for $40, and French tips were an additional $20. The technician's French tips were very thick, had no curve, and looked like a straight, bulky line across my short nails. I did not like the result, so I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She then told me that I wanted a "deep French," which would cost an additional $15. So, they were going to charge me $40 for the acrylic fill-in with gel polish, $20 for French tips, and another $15 for "deep French." That is an additional $35 just for the French design! $75 total for a French gel fill in. I ultimately decided not to get French tips on my nails because the pricing felt excessive and unreasonable. My issue was not simply that the salon charges what it wants; it was the way the additional charges were presented and the overall experience. I spoke with the owner because I was trying to understand the pricing. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he was extremely rude. He told me that his prices were his prices, that he did not want a customer like me, and that I should not come back. I never argued, raised my voice, or disrespected anyone. I was simply trying to understand why the prices kept increasing and express my dissatisfaction with the service. I spent my time and money at this salon expecting a good experience, but instead, I left feeling disappointed and disrespected. Customers have every right to ask questions about pricing and expect professional customer service in return. I understand that businesses set their own prices, but transparency and the way customers are treated matter just as much. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I would recommend asking for the complete price breakdown BEFORE agreeing to any services, especially if you want gel polish or French tips. ALSO IF YOU PAY WITH A CARD YOU WILL BE CHARGED APPROXIMATELY 3% MORE . If you do decide to visit bring cash . And I highly suggest looking around at the competition because no where charges this much.

We went in for three pedicures and each one was absolutely amazing. They give you a complimentary drink of choice so we got mimosas! Everyone is so nice here and they work so detail oriented, especially the technician that did my nails, Henry. I barely even noticed when he was cutting, cleaning, filing, almost had an invisible touch? Wait, is that a new superpower? Either way, he was amazing! They've only been open for like 9 months and I have a feeling it's only the beginning of many years to come. Each pedicure chair has a whole decked out brand new massage chair system that is so cool! We only got the basic pedicure and believe me when I say there was nothing basic about it. This is the perfect place to come with friends or even book a girl day, bridal party, really anything with group. Perfect space for it and the staff is amazing.
