She's literally the best! I live near nokomis where all the overpriced and horrible nail salons are located that cut you and do a fast job and make you pay more since it was done quick. For my prom nails I booked 2 weeks in advance and sent her an inspiration photo, I come in as she shows me how she plans on getting the nails to look similar and loves her job! The older comments are not true and this salon is absolutely amazing. The people are so kind and talented. I've taken my friends there and we enjoy our time. Now the people can be talkative if you're talkative, but if you sit their and don't talk to them or ask them questions then they will do their job and do it well. Seriously this is my favorite nail salon that I have EVER BEEN TO. Please just go with an open mind and respect for the people and you will enjoy yourself . I like learning so I constantly ask questions and they are so passionate about what they do, that they will answer and explain anything.

Upon being greeted when I walked in, I was offered a beverage- coffee, water, mimosa, etc. They looked at my current manicure, as it had to get removed, and they recommended a certain soft gel brand for me. I really appreciated being walked through the options and feeling like they really cared about what I wanted. They also let me take my time choosing a color while Tatiali got started removing my dip. I am so pleased with how my gel manicure turned out. Tatiali really took her time and cared how I was liking it along the way. She explained how their products are different than the typical nail salon - they are much safer and gentler for your nails. She's anticipating the gel to last at least two weeks. It feels natural and not too thick - I love it so much and even more so knowing it's not destroying my nail beds as badly as typical products do. I am so thankful for this place already. Extra bonus is once you start with their products, they don't charge you to remove it the next time you come in. I called Hollywood nails and was able to get a same day appointment. I was immediately greeted by a warm staff (family business) and attended too almost immediately. The nail job itself was sloppy the pedicure was not relaxing and felt very rushed. Only 2 days after getting my nails done the clear coat (gel on top of dip) was peeled completely off of multiple nails. Now I'm one week out and there is no clear coat on any nail left, and many are chipped horrible!
