Now the people can be talkative if you're talkative, but if you sit their and don't talk to them or ask them questions then they will do their job and do it well. The woman offer you something to drink & don't skip a beat. I usually like to just walk in, but I've learned my lesson to make an appointment & ask for a female technician.
