From start to finish, Heidi was exceptional. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the process, consistently finding ways to make what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and supported. Selling a trust property comes with its own unique challenges, and in our case, we were also navigating cash-for-keys agreements with multiple long-term tenants. Heidi handled this with professionalism, compassion, and incredible patience. One thing that really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about everyone involved. She even took the extra step of providing apartment rental listings to one of our tenants who had lived on the property for over 30 years. She did this entirely on her own time, without charging us or the tenants. Heidi was also very mindful and respectful of the sensitive family dynamics involved, especially considering some of the complexities with beneficiaries. She navigated everything with discretion, empathy, and a steady hand, which made a huge difference for us. She also came with an incredible network of resources and was always ready with trusted referrals for things like junk removal, gardening, and other property needs, which was immensely helpful. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and truly invested in her clients, Heidi Bonham is the one you want. We are so grateful for her support and expertise throughout this entire process. Highly, highly recommend!".

It was early on in our home search and we had a lot of questions about different areas of the desert. Being in town only for the weekend, we asked if she could show us a house in Palm Desert the next morning. She made it happen. The trust was immediate and we knew Christine was the realtor for us. We made our wants and don't wants very clear. Our main priority was our two cats and making sure they were as stress free as possible. After more searching, we found our home in the Mountain Gate neighborhood. We had Christine list our Orange County home and make an offer in Palm Springs. We did not want an open house or a sign in our yard and she worked around our requests. Selling and buying is stressful, but Christine did all the heavy lifting and made the process smooth. She is organized, sharp, and relentless. We highly recommend Christine Anderson and appreciate everything she did for us.

Dawn Henry is an extraordinary realtor I had the privilege of working with to both sell a home and…read morepurchase my current home. Not only does she have over two decades experience which made me confident in her abilities, but she patiently and graciously put up with my fears and moments of panic. She clearly explained every step of the process, so I would know exactly what to expect. However, there were unexpected issues that arose (from the other parties) and Dawn navigated me through all that frustration as well. For instance, the buyer of my previous home used an appraiser who was evacuated for several days due to a fire, and no one had any contact with him. To say I was worried is an understatement! The appraisal report that we thought would take a few days, took weeks. But Dawn communicated with me every day, and kept me updated...as well as reasonably calm. Another example happened a week after moving into my current house, when there was a major plumbing issue which no one could have predicted. Dawn helped me through that fiasco, although her “job” as my realtor was technically complete. And this was on a holiday weekend! She is a treasure, and I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through everything without her guidance. I anticipated Dawn would be a good realtor, due to her extensive experience...but never did I expect she would assume so many additional roles which kept me from losing my mind. I cannot recommend Dawn highly enough, and encourage everyone to meet with her and see for yourself just how incredible she is!

She also had a solid marketing plan, which included out-of-county online marketing resources. Because of her professionalism and deep roots in our Beaumont community, we chose Dawn to be our listing agent. She immediately scheduled a professional photographer to take pictures of our home for the online and print marketing -- the pictures and flyers came out beautifully, and our home sold the first weekend on the market! From when we first met her, Dawn was always very upfront with information and didn't promise anything that she could not deliver. She worked diligently through the sale and escrow process and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. We felt so confident in our professional relationship with Dawn that, when our potentially new home fell out of escrow, we asked Dawn to assist us in finding a replacement property with only limited time left before escrow was due to close on the sale of our home. She went out of her way to be available in our search and always came prepared with all the relevant property information. She was instrumental in our ability to find a wonderful new home to purchase in a community that we love! Throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing, we felt that Dawn was truly looking out for our best interests; she was always professional, gracious, resourceful, and devoted to us, her customers. We highly recommend Dawn Henry for your real estate needs -- you will be in great hands!
