I could not believe it, I said I would like a manicure with clear polish.... she painted my nails then started adding glitter, I said no I just want clear. As they dried, they had dust spots and bubbles all over them. she painted another coat, same result. I asked for her to remove the product. I still paid the $25.00 for the service, there is a HUGE language barrier and the young man that tried to help me could not get the manicurist to understand that I just wanted a simple manicure. So now my nails are rough, I am home painting my own nails with the clear polish. Worst experience.

UPDATE: for the next 2 days my fingers were in EXCRUCIATING pain. I mean really really awful pain…read morebecause of how short he filed my nails which was totally unnecessary. Do not waste your money here. I want to start by saying that my last experience here before this one was a great one. The girl who did my nails was great. But today's experience was really bothersome. The man who did my manicure was working really fast for some reason, and it caused the whole experience to be extremely painful. I have short nails, and he filed them so much one of my fingers actually was bleeding a little bit when I got home. He was just overall very rough and it was a bad experience. They also overcharged me by $20 for something I never asked for. Its now been hours and my finger tips are still in pain. I really liked this place but after today I won't be back sadly.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the PRICES for a mani-pedi at this location and the wonderful customer service. I opted for a mani-pedi with no frills for $40. The technician really took her time with my cuticles both on my feet and my hands which was really what I want in the rare occasion I do get them done. I did not get the gel polish because I liked a terracotta colors that came in the Essie brand. My hands and feet turned out so pretty and I just found my newest favorite nail salon on the Westside. Friday nights around 5:30-6pm was the sweet spot time that changed my mind about patronizing this well established business. Great prices, meticulous nail techs and a comfortable, clean spa environment. I will definitely be going back to Beautiful Cuticle again.

I looked up a few places and even went to a different one but everyone was booked. I have a party tonight, I need these gnarly feet fixed!! So my mom says, go to Love's, we go there all the time. Ok! Like with anything, my first stop is Yelp. Yikes! Doesn't look good at all! But mother knows best so I said what the heck and decided to chance it. A gentleman did my nails and I think he did a pretty good job. He was very thorough and checked and double checked his work. His paint work wasn't perfect but he did a nice job. I had some water transfers I wanted out on too and I think he hadn't seen them before so they aren't perfect but still look nice. Let's talk about my feet. I feel sorry for this poor man, those toes are frightening! He tackled those ugly things without any hesitation and put some extra attention in which I desperately needed. I decided to go the full Nelson since it was my first pedi of the season and did the deluxe with paraffin and hot towels. It was very relaxing and felt wonderful. Afterward my feet actually looked human! Looked pretty darn good in fact and I was thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. All in all, I think it was a pretty darn good experience and I would definitely come again.

They were very nice and did a good job but the lady that was working on me was a little rough with my feet. I think she might have just been in a hurry but it wasn't the most pleasant experience. It wasn't very relaxing because it hurt and I was tense. She did a good job on my polish but unfortunately it started to chip off within about a week. Usually my polish lasts almost a month before I have to have it redone. If I go back to visit hopefully they won't be in such a hurry next time.
