We stopped here at 8am on a weekday and they had fresh hot foods including: Various croissant and English muffin breakfast sandwiches, jalapeño and cheese corndogs, Coopers chicken nuggets, chimichangas and much more. I purchased some Coopers chicken nuggets, a regular corndog, a 3 meat English muffin breakfast sandwich and a sausage English muffin breakfast sandwich. The chicken nuggets were freshly fried. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their chicken has a bit more pepper than other fried chicken. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Soft and cheesy. Much better value and flavor than the same breakfast sandwich from McDonald's. I'd pass on the corndog. It wasn't as fresh as the other items so the cornmeal was a little tough. The hot food is not self serve. The male employee at the cash register helped to bag our food and check us out. There was only 1 cashier and this place is popular so a line started forming. It was really spacious and there is plenty of parking on all sides of the building.

I went back and I feel I have to add. Got the cheeseburger again but this time with grilled onions and no tomato. Did not disappoint at all. I forgot to mention that the fries can get regular salt or Johnny's Seasoning. You gotta love the Johnny's! 3/31/2018 Came to get some breakfast. For the biscuits 'n gravy fans out there, this barge can sure float (more like sink for that matter!) I got the full order. Piping hot and bigger than I thought. If you like this tasty comfort food, I highly recommend it. Now for a nap.

After that I would only visit sparingly, looking for things that were either limited or out of stock at the closest Whole Foods. As of this year, I've made it a staple spot for my vegan and vegetarian options. I've been told that they have mostly organic and fresh produce, which I'm looking forward to checking out in the near future. On my most recent trip, I connected with their deli and hot bar, which is small but not lacking in options. The salad bar has a very well-seasoned balsamic tofu, which is my favorite. I've also purchased some of their Seitan options in the frozen food area that's decent. Overall, I truly love this place. It comes equipped with a decent-sized deli dining area / small shop complete with WiFi services in the back. There you can hang out, eat, or indulge in friendly conversations. The customers, deli, produce, and cashier clerks all come together to create a uniquely neighborhood, friendly atmosphere.

Everything tome we've visited someone from the staff has either been rude or made it very clear they were doing us a favor for allowing us to enter and shop at their store. The grocery story is dark and dingy, but with a pretty nice supply of misc. things and a decent beer selection. The deli was cooking up a storm as I popped by, and it was evidenced by the overwhelming smell of the deep fryer. A further look and you could see why... there was very little ventilation other than over the grill. Foodwise, they have two focuses - burgers and teriyaki. I tried the burger. The South Bay burger comes with standard toppings, a toasted bun, two slices of cheese, some grilled mushrooms, and ham. The burger patty (small, unseasoned, and some combo of overcooked and pre-frozen) was almost completely unnoticeable in this sandwich, a good thing in this case. The slice of ham was real thick and was the flavor that dominated the burger. The cheese was layered on double thick, one yellow and one white, and was perfectly gooey and processed tasty. If you're in the area, it's probably the best option... but no reason to seek it out otherwise.
