If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the ratin is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

It's been so nice keeping my cars cleaner in between washes. When I want to wash, I'll buy the most expensive wash, sometimes adding an extra shine or RainX for a few extra $$. The staff is always friendly, they'll prewash if I need it (or ask). Since they've made the vacuums FREE, it's a fabulous bargain. Also, I've run my car thru twice when it's especially dirty, no extra charge. They don't give any grief when I ask for a re-wash on the same day. Excellent service, excellent value.
