I always put gas in in small increments like that when I'm out delivering and I know how much I get and how many miles I can go....this didn't move the needle and I drive to the McDonald's and up 6th ave to Proctor and I had to put more gas in at the gas station on 12th and Proctor and when I did the gage went right where it should for the gas I put in and it was more per gallon there than the stop at this place. It may be unintentional it I'm sure they know because people would complain. They close at 11 so I couldn't go back. To now, when you come in and you are greeted with a smile. And they have changed from just selling Coke and Mountain Dew and Snickers and Milky Ways. To now they actually sell some fried food. I was just in there and bought fried buffalo chicken, with jo jos and it was really good. The price was inexpensive. And after I ate it, I was full. Let me say one more thing, I take this chicken over kfc any day. So if you like fried chicken with some jo jos, this would be a good place to make a stop.

They are unwilling to make any sort of appointment scheduling or give any time estimates for service. When I've asked for a time window, they've become hostile. They want you to leave the car with them all day for an oil change, and even then they won't guarantee it'll be done that day. It always has been in my experience, but they make it sound like they'll get to you when they're good and ready, and that's all you need to know. It's clear they could just create a scheduling system for routine service like an oil change, give you an appointment time, and turn it around quickly like pretty much every other place I've ever received an oil change, including other Shell stations. But I guess they don't want to bother, and they pass the inconvenience along to you. Also, when I've asked for additional services like replacing the fluids and checking the air pressure, offering to pay for them of course, they haven't been done. And despite requesting these when I drop off the car, they always act surprised when I ask about them at pick-up. Maybe I'd need to leave the car there another day to get the wiper fluid changed?
