I was told that I should purchase their used wheel covers and that it was not necessary to purchase new ones for $80 more. They arrived and are perfect; they look new! I am very happy! Also, I emailed to see if there were any other shipping options other than paying $33.90. I mentioned that I was retired and the shipping cost was an issue for me. The owner, Rick Dynek, responded and told me he would split the shipping cost with me and gave me a credit for $16.95. I am so impressed with Hubcaps Unlimited in every way!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICK'S CAR CARE!!!…read more I was visiting from California for the weekend when I discovered a nail in the tire of my rental car. The rental company wanted to charge me for a tow and a full tire replacement, talk about stressful! It was a Saturday and most shops were either closed or too far away. I found Rick's Car Care on Yelp and saw they were listed as open until noon. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were actually closed on Saturdays. I decided to knock anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, a gentleman named Jimmi answered the door. After I explained the situation, he graciously offered to take a look at my tire, despite being closed for the day. He quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it with a simple plug. Not only did Jimmi go out of his way to help me, but he also treated me fairly and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was from out of town. The whole repair was fast, VERY affordable, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Jimmi was an absolute lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help a stranger truly made my day. Thank you again, Jimmi! I won't forget it!

I was given a quote over the phone on how much the work on my car was going to cost. The morning…read morewhen I dropped off the car for the repairs, I confirmed once again the cost. When I went to pick up my car, I was told a different final price and he said it was due to taxes. Even factoring in the sales tax, the final total was $20 over what it should have been. This place apparently likes to change the final cost from the other reviews submitted. Very disappointed. I thought I found a good place to go to for car repairs but I guess not.

Then I went to pick it up and they left my coolant tank basically empty after telling me they topped it off, which obviously isn't true. Not to mention when I called the next day the guy was rude and couldn't seem to care less, moral is I wouldn't recommend them and they won't be touching any of my cars again.

Wednesday I went there to tell them about a suspected brake issue; Lance, the owner, remembered me and we made an appointment for yesterday to have him look at the brakes. Yes, brakes and rotors needed immediate replacement and he and his staff did it right away. Wow. I was absolutely blown away by their quick, professional action, and the price was on target; but to me, knowing from many past experiences with Lance that I could trust him was even more important. SO glad I found A1 again, and I will go there for any needed maintenance and/or repair in the future!

While searching for trailer repair places, A1 popped up and they were super helpful on my initial call. I dropped my trailer off and Jeremy was assigned to the task. We got the wheels swapped and everything greased up with proper lighting in quick order and I was able to get it moved without issue to it's new resting place. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my auto or trailer repair needs.

He has fixed my 2015 truck, that I'm very attached to, given advice on it, done extensive troubleshooting and found a problem instead of charged me 5K. This guy is VERY honest, I just don't feel I have to worry about my truck being there. I can save your life, but fix a simple issue on a vehicle? Nah... it flips me out. Right now, his mechanic has my truck "limping along" so I'm not stuck without, til the crunch man- whom I trust because Brett referred me- can fix it. I live NEXT DOOR to their business so I wanted to support my local business. I explained my battery light kept flashing on and off and did they have time to visibly look at it (thinking maybe the connections may be bad). I was willing to wait if indeed the battery was the problem for a repair. It couldn't have taken more than 5 min to just look. The woman on the phone didn't ask any further questions, just dismissed me and said we don't have any openings today. Horrible customer service. Uncaring, inflexible and rude. Definitely no "going above and beyond" or "fitting me in". I'm an older single woman with grandchildren to drive around. So disappointed.
