I even tried to pay him for his time, and he refused, saying it was just a simple assessment and he was already nearby. All the positive reviews about Glen and his company are absolutely legitimate. I have been trying to reach out to Kamtech and they haven't even bothered to reach out to me. Totally disgraceful! They should compensate me for the 3 months my panels were not producing any energy! Egor has reached out and we managed to come to an acceptable solution. He was very patient and took the time to explain certain issues that I was not aware of. Not only that, but they also compensated me towards the cost of my energy utility bill. Thank you very much for taking the time answer my questions and help steer me towards a satisfactory resolution.

The 1-2 days call back did not happen. Emailing to service@kamtechsolar.com is not an option either, no response after 6 months and a repeated attempt one month ago. Called back, 0 customers in queue, the lady remembered our conversation, she spoke to a project mgr and called me back minutes later with a scheduled installer date next week. This gives me some more confidence than what other reviews have provided. As original installer of a Sunpower system, Kamtech should cover labor costs in addition to the lifetime warranty of panels & inverters per agreement. We will see how this works out.

Roca Mia did a really great job on renovating my 1930's apartment kitchen. They tore down the old…read morecabinets, sealed gaps and refinished the walls, ceiling and floor, installed new Ikea cabinets, dishwasher, range hood, & carried out plumbing and electrical work. They did a terrific tiling job on the wall. They creatively problem solved to successfully integrate the cabinets with an irregular wall indentation. The work site was kept clean throughout, and removed the debris. I love the outcome - it's a beautiful, working kitchen. Roca Mia worked started working before the COVID-19 state wide shutdown, but took care to provide me with a working kitchen before we locked down, and picked up the work again when we reopened at the appropriate phase. They complied with all the paperwork required by the co-op board and management company including the additional pandemic related safety plans. Communication & logistics planning throughout was excellent, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

The projects were finished within a week and the crew obviously had the experience they purport to have. I was particularly pleased with their work in the bathroom, which looked a bit shabby and whose design was outdated. It now has new cabinets and ceramic tile and gives off the more modern look I was hoping for. Bottom line: affordable prices and quality work. Would definitely hire them again!
