Luis duchitanga 140-29 58th Road…read more Flushing, NY, 11355 6469056758 luis duchitanga the owner of this business talks real nice and agrees to do anything you want done at a market rate plus. he is not saving yiu any money right off th bat. he hires illiterate street workers to do renovations on houses, who are so incompetent of doing what they supposedly know what to do. they ruined my kitchen cabinets, my kitchen floor is coming apart tile by tile, my electrical system is a mess, my vinyl flooring is cut all wrong on the edges and is super bumpy. the hardwood floor is making noise along with finishing stain peeling. the tiles he put in one of the rooms are super uneven and are cracking piece by piece. doors were installed incorrectly and door locks were not working. my garage doors were left damaged, and garage floor paint he did has been peeling after 2 months. he did such a bad job overall, plus he had no control over his workers who he randomly picked up off the street. calling them experts they did not know how to properly do any of the above mentioned work the right way. luis duchitanga the owner of neils construction based out of queens ny is a scammer and a fraud. he does not care about how he treats his customers and only cares about money. he has cost me over $47,000 to redo his so called professional renovations. it was an absolutely horrible experience! i pray that karma catches up to him real quick.
