Step-by-step Dr Boeck guided me through a treatment plan, helping me get through a long journey, referring me to reputable endodontists and periodontists for each stage of the restoration process. His staff was so caring and empathetic throughout the long journey and two years ago I got the final crown installed on my last of 5 implants. My mouth is healthier than ever and I can now smile without any twinge of embarrassment over the state of my teeth. They have an extremely high turnover with pediatric dentists, dental hygienists and office staff. While we were happy with the adult care we received from Dr. Parks, having a constant changeover in other staff affected our quality of care and overall experience. Additionally I had to stay really on top of keeping track of my family's xray schedule, as what was covered by our insurance because staff would attempt to perform X-rays without verifying coverage with our dental insurance. We decided to finally leave the practice after we cancelled an appointment. I had provided 24 hours noticed and was informed to penalize us, for not giving the required 48 hours notice, we would have to pay a scheduling fee each time we made an appointment, for every family member. I wrote an email to Dr. Parks to explain that my youth had pneumonia and I was treated very badly by staff for canceling appointments with 24 hours notice related to her illness. His staff member Denden intercepted the email and refused to forward it to him. After all the years my family had been with the practice it was extremely disappointing to be treated in such a way.

Being forgetful, I forgot to pick up my medications at a pharmacy and realized the night before at 9pm. I called their after- hours line and shortly after, Dr. Chen personally reached out to me and addressed what I was worried about and assured me that they will provide me with what I need in the office before my surgery. I felt very taken care of and all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable even though the thought of surgery scares me and gives me anxiety. Her dental assistant was so kind as to let me squeeze her hand as firmly as I needed which was very sweet. Dr. Chen also personally reached out to check in with me after the surgery as well. Dr. Chen and her dental assistants are very patient and kind. She also offers no-extra cost payment plans and a discount if you don't have dental insurance. I would highly recommend coming here.
