I love this place. The people here are SO nice on top of doing an excellent job on my teeth, and I think that's extremely important. I just called in to pay a bill and Bernice was so warm and friendly, felt like I could hear her smile over the phone! Whenever I come in they remember me and always make me feel at home or welcomed. I'm really impressed with the service here. And of course shoutout to my dentist Joy, super nice, I've had her for years now and she's wonderful. She tells me hilarious stories during my teeth cleanings and it makes time fly- and my teeth come out looking gorgeous and squeaky clean. I have been going to Dr. Gary Cowart and his son Dr. Joshua Cowart for 24 years. These guys are so good, I brought my entire family to them for all of our dental needs. All of our dental needs were taken care of with extreme care, highly professional, and an atmosphere that would ease anyone weary or scared of going to the Dentist. When they are not working on a patient, you can sometimes hear them laughing. I have oftentimes joined in on their conversations and have laughed along with them because they foster an atmosphere that make you feel included, involved, and wanted. They actually listen to their patients!! Their whole staff actually engage with you and converse like normal people. They treat children as if they were their own! They try their hardest to make it possible for you to get the appointment date and time that you want. If you are anything like me, as soon as I leave the office until I show up for an urgent dental issue or my next cleaning appointment, I forget my appointments. Have no fear, their office will make sure that you are reminded of your appointments. And they don't remind you in a nasty way or with attitude either. They literally treat you like family and friends. Should you have an emergency, their willingness to come in to work on you is beyond phenomenal because they really care. My family and I have had cavities, crowns, and teeth cleaning done at their office. We have had mouth guards made, have been educated about the dental issues we encounter so that we understand the whole procedure so that we do not leave the office dazed and confused. Before Dr Joshua Cowart performs any action on you, he will let you know what to expect so that you are not shocked or surprise when he actually does the procedure. Rising up in my age, I recently noticed that my teeth were really sensitive to the point I thought I had a cavity or something serious was forming. Dr. Joshua Cowart talked with me and got to the root of the issue. I haven't had any issues since, nor have I had any issues with the dental work they have performed on me in 24 years. Once I cracked an upper molar before a long holiday weekend and panicked. Dr. Joshua Cowart returned my call immediately and calmed me down. Come to find out that a cracked tooth is a common occurrence and the procedure to fix it happens frequently. He then carefully explained what I could do to care for the cracked tooth until I could come into the office and have it fixed. I recall when I hung up the phone that day, I was totally at ease. Dr. Reed is incredible! I don't have enough words to describe the amazing staff and Dentists. We have had the worst experience with dentists finding things wrong and doing things that were not necessary and seemed to max out our coverage. Our whole family goes there and we feel so taken care of and in secure hands. My 4 year old never is afraid of a teeth cleaning and they even extracted two teeth for some overcrowding from my older daughter. Something that could have been a nightmare was such a sweet and caring experience. 10/10 recommend! read more

Dr. Josh Cowart is a fantastic dentist. Going to the dentist is never too fun but he calms your nerves and is professional and knowledgeable. Many dentists don't talk to their patients much and leave that up to the hygienists, what I love is he genuinely cares about all of his patients and wants to make sure they have the best experience possible . Great dentist! Dr. Cowart is super nice, as are the staff members. This is a smaller office which is nice because they treat you more personally. One reason I really like them is because they don't try to push unnecessary procedures and products on their patients. They also take my dental insurance (Delta dental). I highly recommend seeing Dr. Josh. I'm a very nervous person when it comes to seeing a dentist, so I'm extremely picky when it comes to who I trust. He is a honest dentist who is going to recommend what you really need and not what makes him the most money. And he isn't going to aggressively pressure you into anything and he doesn't make you feel like he is in a rush. He did such a great job with my fillings. The shots were so well done, less painful than what prior dentist have done. My fiance had a tooth pulled and that went extremely well too. And the staff and assistants there are so wonderful. Such genuinely friendly people. I rarely write reviews but I felt so thankful for my excellent experience I had to share just in case anyone else is out there looking for a dentist you can trust. read more

I was trying to make an appointment for an abscess tooth that we have been waiting to take care of for way too long due to no insurance or enough money to even get an exam. Fortunately got insurance recently and have been trying for the last month to get this taken care of. I left a message the other day and took down the numbers for the doctors provided in the recording for their office voicemail, just in case. Also it stated office hours ending at 4 so I assumed my call at 5:30 would not be answered. I left a message after Dr. Reed did not answer but was successful with Joshua Cowart. I tried to explain my situation and while ending my last sentence he said well I can't talk over you" which kinda frustrated me more than I already am. I explained about leaving a message with no response for days and he responded, "well this is my personal number." I then explained I got the number from the recording and from what I understand the office was closed. After he laughed a little he told me people have been here all day...but whatever. " This is the point where he hung up on me. I called again and left a tearful message (rang once then voicemail, telling me he ditched the call) since I felt so disrespected and I guess I was not important enough to kindly explain the office is still open please call there. I just wanted to get help for my boyfriend who has been writhing in pain and obviously battling an incredible infection. I feel at no time was I rude to deserve such treatment, and if the concern in my voice was taken rudely, then there is something terribly wrong with this guy as a person to show us absolutely no compassion.
