The front off staff get me in the very next morning and before I could say Happy New Year, the xrays were done and I was being numbed up for the root canal. Dr. Louie's injections are as pain-free as an injection can be. I was totally numb and honestly fell asleep a few times while she worked her way through my calcified roots. (I had been awake most of the night with discomfort.) She and her dental assistant worked together with such proficiency that I was done and out the door before my nap was really over. The front office staff gives very clear financial responsibility papers prior to the appt so I knew what to expect. Overall, I would have e rather gone to the movies but getting dentistry with Louis Endontics wasn't a bad second choice. I will definitely see her again for all my endontic needs. The staff at Issaquah Endodontics were so incredibly kind and welcoming that it really took some of the edge off for me. Dr. Gabel was outstanding.
